Good all around facility. Food was warm not fresh but it was after lunchtime. Facility was clean and staff was pleasant.

The manager and co worker all greeted me as I walk in. They assisted with helping me with my order and giving great advice on what taste great . I enjoyed my experience with them and will return to order again.

Ordered though Uber Eats. Burrito was beef instead of chicken, drink was forgotten and when I called I was told that if I wanted the drink, I could come and get it and hung up on me.

What a wonderful first impression! The customer service here is outstanding. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The store was spotless, and parking was a breeze. I came for the National Taco Day deal and while the chicken was a little salty for me, the overall experience was great.

I eat here a good bit. They always are quick and efficient. The food is always hot and delicious. Courtney, the manager, is very friendly and does a great job. Great all around

It has been a couple years since I have eaten at Moe's. No dig on this location or staff, it just feels more sanitized than old Moe's. Less character to the dinning space.
Likewise, they have reduced available ingredients/add-ins. They are much more Chipotle like now which I don't consider a good thing.

Everytime I visit this location and if Adora is working, she gives me the hardest time ever. The other employees knows my face because I spend money at least 3-4 times a week and is customer friendly especially, Deja. I am always pleased with her service when I visit this location. Adora didn't want to honor my free bowl coupon that I won when I played the kinko game that was hosted by I would assume the new management team or corporate. She charged me extra for 3 ingredients on my free bowl and then gave the cashier an issue when I decided to use my $3.00 rewards I had in my points account. This is not how you treat customers who spend $20.00 each visit at least 3-4 times a week
Adora needs to be ADMONISHED!! Unacceptable. Again, Deja and the other young ladies are awesome and make me feel like a value customers.

The lady complained about me and my friend to other customers and offered free queso to anyone to tell us to shut up. We are not sure what we did? Poopy service

This is by far the worst Moes in Birmingham I stopped here for lunch and the line was outside people were turning around leaving ..I’m a faithful customer so on Monday I have rewards it didn’t allow me to use them I don’t know if the person at the register wasn’t capable of doing their job correctly and the people who prepare the food are horrible at their jobs I never had a square burrito before and the price I paid for my food I could have gotten a kids burrito the chips was burnt I could go on but I guarantee I’m not the only one that would be choosing chipotle from now on.
