The employees told me the store was closing at 8 PM. My family and I arrived around 7:30, and we waited about 10 minutes for anyone to come out from the back. I understand it was Halloween and they may have been closing early, but the store should have at least posted a notice or updated the hours on the app. The staff could also be much more courteous. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered via DoorDash. The store accepted the order and waited thirty minutes to tell the dasher they were closed and couldn’t make the order. Super disappointing when they could’ve cancelled it on their end immediately. With them waiting it then made it impossible to order from somewhere else. The dasher said this came from the manager.
Crappy (can’t use the word I want to use) service. Attitudes through the roof. If you don’t like your job, quit it’s many people out here begging for jobs.

Great service! My first time in Birmingham & they were very nice and the greeting was awesome. I decided to try moes today and anytime I’m in Birmingham I will be back.

I didn't think I have ever been to this location without there being some problem with our orders. Last night we got to-go bowls and the seasoned rice was so spicy hot my wife could not eat hers. I eat spicy food and it was super spicy even to me. Don't know whether it was over seasoned on purpose, or by accident, but just another example of how bad this place is operated. Pitiful.

best food in the inverness area. not to expensive. really gets you full definitely would eat here more.
This place she used to be my favorite, but it has gone down down down! The lettuce is always brown and rotten. The attitude sucks. It used to be a great place. What happened to the close Talker
