Mr Shawarma never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The shawarma is juicy and packed with taste, and the portions are generous. definitely one of my favorite places to grab a quick, delicious meal here in Alabama. Highly recommend!

They need to improve customer service from the cashier. I had to wait for the food for about 25 minutes. Very tasty food. It's difficult, if not impossible, to find a parking spot.

Me & my sister went here for a shawarma bowl bc we seen a tik tok . The food was great definitely a 10/10 but the customer service was iffy . I don’t know if it was because they had just opened but Mr. Osama has a nasty attitude. He didn’t greet us & he was kind of rude . We stood at the register for about 10 mins before he decided he wanted to take our order . The other guy had to step in (idk his name but he was nice thank you ) . Osama for sure needs to work on his attitude . We also was 2nd in line & he gave us our food last after we had to ask was what taking so long. He made us feel very unwelcome
