Terrible experience. We arrived at 1:00 PM with a group of 8. The host said she couldn't seat us all together, so we offered to split up. She agreed, directed us to two booths, but gave us no menus or silverware. As we sat, she informed us that it would be a 30-minute wait just to place an order due to online orders. We sat for 20 minutes without any service, even though we watched a newly seated customer in our section get waited on immediately. We ended up leaving without ordering. Worst service ever.

Unfortunately, was some of the servers were not very hospitable. This is the second time I’ve encountered this issue at this location, which is disappointing.

The fried pepper jack cheese sticks were amazing!! We also had a drink from the bar and my husband and I had a great experience.

Ordered food online and went to pick it up. Once I got there I was notified that here were no to go boxes. I was ok with that but my tenders had so much lemon pepper I couldn’t even wipe them off and eat them. I also ordered fried pickles. I got more scraps that were left over from whatever food they fried before my pickles than I had pickles! What pissed me off the most is that instead of answering the phone, they screen the calls! Called from my cell phone and no one answered! Called from the office phone, they answered. Called back from the office phone again and now no answer again! Then the girl who helped me was super rude! When I complained initially about the food she told me about the 2 go boxes.. Then I told her I was waiting on another order. She brought it out and didn’t say anything! Just put it on the counter as if I wasn’t sitting there! People who don’t want to be bothered with other people shouldn’t work in customer service based jobs!

The tenders in the Mombo Combo were way too small and the eggrolls felt undercooked. I’ve had the same thing at other places and got much more food/portions.

Our server was Andrew and he did a great job! Super personable, knowledgeable about the menu, and made some great recommendations. Always solid food when I come. No complaints.

The Mac daddy way amazing and huge Me and my husband shared it and left completely satisfied! Definitely recommend giving it a shot like we did it was our very first experience and plan to return when we r in the area again
