Went on a date night w my boyfriend and our server/bartender Alex had always made sure we were taken care of. She greeted us, made our drinks, and served everything on a timely manner. A few times she made us laugh and had us feel welcomed. It’s not the first time I’ve been here before but seeing her made the experience all the more better. I recommend my coworkers and friends every time they wanna have a night out w their spouses/partners. Thanks mugshots!!

went to mugshots to grab some food. i don’t eat meat and our bartender, jake told me all about the veggie burger and how i could make it into a patty melt. the sauces he told me to try with it went perfectly. the atmosphere of the place, fast friendly service, and delicious margaritas will definitely make me come back!

I decided to visit this location while I was waiting on my tesla to charge. The service was great, the prices were reasonable, the beef tacos that I ordered was below par.
March 23, 2024, After ordering online, showed up at 12:03 got a confirmation that order was ready, was told to go to the bar, went to the bar and bartender said I don't handle Togo orders, sit over there and someone will get to you, so sitting in the Togo area waiting.....after 20 mins go by I stop someone and ask about the order she goes back and says "oh we are just waiting on one sandwich", I say "oh wow ok".. So wait another 20 mins or so and stop another person and ask about my order, she says "ohh we are waiting on one sandwich",I told her then to go ahead and cancel the order....2 mins go by and the manager comes out and says what's the issue, I say the issue is I've been waiting for almost an hour for something that was supposedly ready at 12 and here it is almost 1 and I still don't have any food, she said yes they are making the sandwich now and will be out soon, I said "I don't want the sandwich now because the other sandwich and app it bound to be cold" (patty melt and shrimp) so just cancel the order and refund it. We walk over to the computer and she says ok it's cancelled and will be refunded to your account. Well here it is 5 days later I still have no refund, or the food for that matter. Not sure what's going on at this place but definitely won't be returning to any of them..

We try to patronize this place when in the downtown area. It's prices are better than most in the area, so when we take our family in it makes a difference. Very diverse menu and solid burgers.We've always been greeted and sat promptly, restaurant is always clean, even the bathrooms (which is an anomaly these days). All-in-all great place and if you're ever at the BJCC area it is worth a visit.

Very slow service that took over 45 min from order to get food (only about 10 customers) . I thought I was invisible and when I did get my food it wasn't correct. What I did get tasted good, though.
