12/21/24 - our server was Sarah. She was great, friendly, checked in a few times, and could be seen cleaning up behind the bar when not with customers. Gratuity is included on the check and this is clearly stated on the menu at the top so good to know ahead of time. I went for Sunday brunch. The food was great customer service was great. I had shrimp and grits and fried catfish. My catfish fillet was huge and seasoned and fried to perfection. It made up for the small portion of shrimp and grits you get. We also had a mimosa pitcher. I took away a star because just about every table outside was full and they only had one waitress so our food and water took a little while to come out. Love the outdoor setup. Indoor area is a little cramped.
Parking is pretty good considering it is Avondale.
Now for the not so good:
Either we can't read, or their pricing is hella confusing. I don't understand how 5 whole wings can be $14.99 on the menu but ring up $25.99? What tax schedule are they using??
The catfish was also ringing up differently (thankfully lower) but my loaded...
