Nothing Bundt Cakes

I ordered my birthday cake online and didn't check it until I got home this is what I got. Ive ordered several cakes from here and they all had the icing in the middle. I call ot the icing ball. When I talked to the lady about ot she told me this is how it comes. No I wanted my icing ball

I normally love going to Bundt cakes. It’s my favorite place to go. I came by 630pm on my birthday and all I wanted was a red velvet small cake with extra icing on it. Today is Dec 15th 2025. There are two women working that day. The younger blk girl was very nice. When I asked for extra icing put on the cake the heavy set, light skinned woman with blk hair working with her told me the icing department is closed for the night. When that can’t be true. You literally go back there and open the container for icing and put it on the cake. Most likely because it’s 30mins till closing she just didn’t want to be bothered or clean up that area again. This is the first time I have been disappointed in this business. Ment a lot to me. Ment nothing to her. She really just didn’t feel like doing it. That’s not customer service

If I could give more stars I would!! The customer service and caring help I received to right a wrong that was MY fault was above and beyond! Thank you to the wonderful manager for all the compassion and help in fixing my mistake and getting my daughter the perfect lemon cake she asked for!! So grateful!

We got the red velvet cake and trust me it was DELICIOUS!!! The service was so nice and very polite. If you gate close to the Summit or anywhere else go to this place.

Sooooo so good. I got a classic vanilla and a strawberry! So moist and flavorful. Absolutely amazing. Very friendly atmosphere and team upon walking in. Will MOST DEFINITELY be back to this location!

From the moment we walked in with a smiling greeting to the moment we left with my favorite chocolate chip Bundt cake, this place is a slice of heaven. Amazing food, super clean, endless options, and heavenly service.
