Didn't expect it but, O'Henry's Coffees was actually fabulous. Rates are absolutely reasonable. I enjoyed everything I have ordered there. The team members made sure I was helped and answered all my questions really politely and swiftly. So good.

Ohenrys has great coffee, but I honestly can't say it "wows" me as other local coffee does. I typically get their house blend or whatever seasonal blend they have. Their Christmas blend is my favorite: it has a vanilla flavor to it along with some other spices. If I get a mixed coffee drink, it's typically a standard vanilla latte. The lattes are good, but a little too sweet for my taste.

One of the few places I can get a really good chai latte around here.

O Henrys is your classic coffee shop with any and all fancy hot/cold drinks down to drip coffee. I choose to get a 16 oz Chai Latte to help a sore throat I was having. It was good but honestly Dunkin and Starbucks taste better to me. But that isnt a big deal as it was still "good" just not "great". I bought a lemon poppyseed muffin and parfait to go with it, both of which were very good. But although it was all "good" these 3 things cost $13 which is ludicrous in my eyes. The quality is there, the value just isn't. But if its your only option, give it a go!

I am visiting for business and stumbled across O'Henrys. This was the best find of my day. The shop smelled fantastic with the wide variety of freshly roasted coffee beans and had a quaint atmosphere. I didn't eat anything but the brownies looked fantastic.

Unbelievably bad experience here. Ordered a latte and a wrap from a rude employee. He then proceeded to take 15 minutes to make the latte and afterward informed me that he didn't have time to make my wrap and refunded it. All wall a bunch of people were waiting for coffee because he moves as slow as molasses. This place is terrible.
Mall setting, no real food selection and only passable coffee

Came here for a quick bit of lunch . Got one of their sandwiches from the menu. It was really underwhelming, the flavor just didn't live up to the description. Shame. I won't be returning for lunch anytime soon.

Excellent service, lines usually aren't too bad, plenty of area to sit. Also, they have some cool seasonal drinks. A little pricey but you can't go wrong with the cool caramello!

I have tried twice in the last few business days to use a gift card at this location and have been denied. Due to system upgrade that is apparently taking several days, and they don't know how long it will take. The first time I tried the sign in the store led me to believe the process was just for that day. Now it may be another week they say. Now, there are tracking numbers on the gift cards and you would think that the management would provide some alternate way to verify/validate the balance and charge the card. This is very annoying.

This location is hit or miss. The staff is always friendly but most every time I have tried to get a ham & cheese bagel, it's been messed up. Few times they added egg... Other times they have used shredded cheese... It's been burnt a few times. So now if I get anything to eat, it's the yogurt parfait. Hard to mess that up. I usually only go here because I'm not a fan of regular coffee and can get a Carmel macchiato that's pretty nice... And it's connected to the building I work in. Most times they are pretty slow getting any specialty drink out. So be ready to wait a while The location by rojo is a bit better than the downtown location. And they have outside seating. I give it a 3 because of the yogurt parfait. Always delicious!
