The Best chicken On Earth
I don’t think they are in business
They have a contract with DoorDash. They are obviously, not on the same spectrum with one another when it comes to business. Green Acre's off 26th is not opened everyday. This is not conversed between the two because DoorDash still sends you to a place that is supposed to be opened, but is closed. Then there is no time of business on the door. If your business is closed, let people know, it can't be that hard. Just wasting people time and money.
I placed a order online to this location because the website said they were open. When I arrived the store was closed and now I’m unable to reach anybody to get my money back. This store is a scam and they are taking ppl money don’t order or go to this location.
It's a nice place
I like this Green Acres better than the other locations, the only problem I have is the wait time. When you order food any time after 2p.m. you are guaranteed to wait at least an hour. And if you like fried green tomatoes, you had better make sure they have them before you order, because they run out of them fast. (But they are sooooo good.)
I did a call in order and it wasn't ready when I arrived then I had to wait only to be served some old reheated chicken and some unseasoned fried green tomatoes. I called them when I saw this bag of disappointment and they said that the manager wasn't there. This was the most pitiful experience I've ever had with Green Acres in all of my 42 years and they have very poor customer service. (North Birmingham location) ?
Great place. I've been going there for years.
Showed up at opening and they're still not open. Doors locked, but I did have a decent conversation with an employee. Gotta go or I'll be late for work! Maybe next time
