This was my first time ever at Outback. We were traveling back home from a concert and stopped at this location. When I say EVERYTHING WAS GREAT...IT WAS SO AMAZING. I am always nervous with chain restaurants but this was an amazing experience! Our waitress/bartender Futemma W was amazing even with what seemed like a hurt leg she took care of all her tables and was happy to do so. We will be back!

The place was dead on a Friday night. Should have been my first clue. First , no bartender. Assistance manager was trying to make drinks. Bread was dried out. Blooming onion was greasy and over cooked. The grill cook should be fired immediately. All steaks were not correct. My porter house was almost raw. I ordered medium. They did comp my steak. Staff and service was good. Won’t go back. This location won’t make it.

Had diner with one of my best friends, was not greeted very warmly by the hostess…. But the waiter (Noah) made the biggest impression on us. We are traveling from out of town, and it had been a long day. Noah was a breath of fresh air, he was so attentive and accommodating. He was patient while we chatted through our appetizers and diner, there was a snafu with the Chicken we ordered without mushrooms, it was delivered covered in mushrooms, which was very off putting when you don’t like them! Noah was apologetic and eager to correct the situation to the best of his ability. We would definitely come back, maybe not so much for the food (it was pretty good, not terrible) but for the heart of service in our waiter Noah
We have tried this Outback location several times and it is consistently soooo slow. We got there at 5:45 PM and the restaurant was not even close to busy. It took us 30 min to get bread, another 10 min to get my side salad. After us being at the restaurant for an hour FINALLY got food. The food was fine but holy crap an hour for 3 people to get food is ridiculous. The only reason we went was because we had a gift card. Will not be returning unless there is a big management change.

This is the absolute worst Outback I have ever been to. It wouldn't let me rate it at zero stars or I would have. Our silverware was filthy. It took over 45 minutes to get our food. A bus boy cleaning the table next to us dropped some kind of sauce that splattered all over our table. The steak was over cooked. If you have the word "steakhouse" in the name of your restaurant, you should be able to cook a steak properly. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Don't waste your time or money.

Outback where we live I've never had a problem with, we had two different steaks and both of them were not cooked right. The sirloin was a little tough and the bone in ribeye was grissley

🥩 A Perfect Pit Stop on the Way Home As we continued our journey home from vacation, we decided to make a spontaneous stop for a good steak—and we're so glad we did. This Outback Steakhouse in Alabama did not disappoint. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and our server was outstanding. They were incredibly attentive and made sure every one of our requests was accommodated with care and a smile. It was the perfect way to close out our trip. Highly recommend if you're passing through!
