I wouldn’t recommend coming here, me and my girlfriend got off work and decided to grab dinner somewhere. Unluckily for us we decided on Outback so drove over and after searching 10 minutes for parking and heading inside… We were ignored? We stood at the front and just watched servers and what we assumed was the manager dressed in a button up going all over the restaurant and assisting everyone but us? We made eye contact and locked eyes with the staff multiple times and were just ignored as they kept on moving about. We stood there for 15 minutes and just waited around for nothing. Save yourself the time and find somewhere else to eat, we also watched a server make a comment at a customer that walked in at the same time that we did, she was just looking at him expecting some assistance and he just told her “I didn’t say nothing at ya.” This was one of the strangest and worst experiences we had at an establishment and will be doing our best to avoid this chain in the future.

I was really looking forward to a nice dinner after a long day at work, but my experience at Outback left me incredibly disappointed. My boyfriend and I arrived and had a hard time finding parking, which we didn’t mind since we were excited to have a relaxing meal together. But after heading inside, things went downhill fast. We waited at the entrance for 15 minutes, making eye contact with multiple staff members, including what looked like the manager, but no one acknowledged us or offered any help. It was confusing and honestly hurtful to just be ignored, especially after such a long day.
To make matters worse, we overheard a server making a rude comment to another customer who was also waiting for help. I usually never leave negative reviews, but I’m honestly in shock at how we were treated. All I wanted was a cute dinner to unwind, but the lack of basic hospitality made us feel unvalued. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a positive dining experience.
