My wife ordered a salad with grilled salmon (medium rare) The salad was way too salty and the salmon well done. She sent it back which she never does. They did offer something else which she declined and did take it off the bill. I will say my food was its usual for PF Changs and was fine.

I got the Mongolian trio it tastes like he was battered and uncooked I expect a higher quality from this franchise and it's going downhill

We have visited the Summit location multiple times over the past decade. In fairness, the service was not always up to par. We decided to give this place another try. P F Changs is offering a lunch special starting at 13.99 and dinner starting at 16.99. We arrived for the dinner service, we were immediately seated. We had the pleasure of being served by Joshua. He took the time to ask if we had any questions, checked in on us several times and refilled our drinks more than once. What makes a great server is when they engage. At the end of the meal, we decided to order a dessert to celebrate a special occasion. Joshua delivered šŸ™Œ with service šŸ‘ of kindness and grace.

On to the food, it's great to know P F Changs is delivering an affordable option on their menu. As part of their special, you have a choice of a starter, salad, soup, or an egg roll. We chose the hot sour soup and salad. The dressing on the salad was exceptionally good. It was a great version of the sesame vinaigrette. The hot sour soup šŸ² was served hot and not to spicy. We chose the rice option to accompany our entree. For entrees, we selected the Miso Salmon and the Firecracker Shrimp. There was an upcharge of $1 for our entree selection. The rice was served steaming hot. If you are a rice šŸš conisour, you know it's appreciated when it is served right. The entree portions are just right for one person. The favorite dish was the Salmon served with the broccoli/ spinach/mushroom stir fry. The flavors of an Asian Stir Fry were present and not laden with a bunch of oil. The firecracker shrimp, the amount of sauce was just right, it covered the shrimp with the heat from the chili pepper and did not drown the dish with heat. As you can read, it was a great dining experience.

We ordered Chang’s to go for my nephew’s 20th birthday. The service at the restaurant was tremendous and the food was great. We’ve been huge fans of this restaurant for years. Some locations have started going downhill (due to location or food quality), but not this location at The Summit.

Unfortunately, one of our favorite places has deteriorated to the point of no return. Last night we Dined At P.F. Chang’s with a reservation at 6:15. We had a waiter come to our table very hurried like and said he was sorry but needed Say hello quickly, and he would be back. Then another way to show up
Basically said the same thing, but drink orders. The first Waiter returned And asked whether we want drinks and we told him the second guy had taken our Order for drinks.
We ordered two pork pan, fried dumplings, one chicken and lettuce wrap. Did you know they changed the recipes on both those items? The potstickers were thin, overcooked and chewy. They used to present them in a sizzling sauce not anymore. cold, not appetizing Looking. The lettuce wraps, which were always a hit are now served in some kind of lettuce that doesn’t support the Chicken mixture. Why would you change something that made you famous?
We also ordered Hot and sour soup, which was cold and sour soup, Temperature was terrible. We ordered peanut chicken salad lo mein which has zero dressing on it. Then we waited and we waited, and we waited for our chicken lo mein And orange chicken. Both of them came 1 1/2 hours into our meal cold as though they were sitting for 45 minutes cooked before being served.
We asked for the general partner who came over and just stood there, and basically said nothing, didn’t even apologize. Simply asked us who our server was so he could take the money off the bill which we had already paid.
If you want really bad experience, it’s possible to get one at P.F. Chang’s

Advice for mgmt: please train your staff to serve your customers NOT to take advantage of them because Honesty goes a long way. You loose customer's trust, you loose your business.

I visited with my friend. She ordered the lunch special (Spring roll(1), and Salad) and a california roll and some flavored hot tea. I had the lunch special with only soup and entree. It was along wait and my soup was served warm, forget hot. It was not good. I waited and waited for the server to bring me black pepper. Then he went to warm up the soup and that was also more waiting. They brought the Cali roll and Three spring rolls instead of One. Then someone brought me my entree Kung pau chicken that went with my lunch special. The chicken was breaded in something and it tasted like flour. The manager happily agreed to redo it without the starch. I was waiting again and this time the kung pau chicken was served without any peanuts, only chicken sauce and cold rice. You can see that on the receipt as $13.99 discount. BTW My friend never got her salad. By then we were exhausted. Bill came in and I mentioned we never got the salad. We asked for some hot water in the tea kettle and he got her that. By the time we left someone came out with a whole platter of food for another table and was wanting to serve us that and server standing next to us didn't know who that was for. We were exhausted with their back and forth and the server not knowing what we ordered and what he brought out. I paid $9 tip and left because my elderly friend didn't want to deal with it. Called the manager in the evening after I got home and have been waiting to hear back. You can see the hot tea is added on the bill as Half gallon green tea and the lunch specials is separated into two items to charge separately with no salad served at all. When I asked the server about it he said that's the only tea on his register so he is going to charge that. I do not agree with $9.99 for hot tea. I will be contacting BBB for this.

I love Wind Down Wednesday and it's only made better when Justin Taylor is my server. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. He is great with menu suggestions and pairing that item with the perfect bottle of wine. I always make sure to ask for Justin when I visit!!

I have to write a cautionary tale of warning to all those trying to use P.F. Chang’s for catering…DON’T!!!! I convinced my partner to order 30 to-go orders for an office lunch that we were doing a presentation at, against her advice that there are much easier caterers in the area. The day of the event only half the food showed up with no utensils or cups for the gallons of iced tea and lemonade I bought. I could get over the lack of utensils but missing half the food caused such a panic. I had to run upstairs to a hospital cafeteria (yuck) and order 15 to go meals to supplement. P.F. Chang’s refunded me half of my over $400 order, but there’s no way to refund the stress and chaos it caused for the staff to try to choose what to have for lunch. Oh and guess what we talked about during my presentation… Not my product we talked about the chaos of lunch and P.F. Chang’s poor catering. This is such a disaster. I’m gonna be telling everyone who will listen not to use P.F. Chang’s catering for years -years with an S.

As much as I love PF Changs and the convenience of grabbing food on the way home from work, the curbside delivery has consistently taken more than ten minutes each time I’ve been here.
