Pancho's was great, in fact, so good that we didn't take a single pic of the food. The margaritas hit the spot and the atmosphere is colorful and laid back. Our server managed us and several other tables perfectly. All four of us enjoyed our entrees and definitely plan to be back.

Found this place looking for some authentic mexican food in irondale, Al to take our construction crew to for a thank you dinner. It was a bit if a wait for food but they accommodated our group of 17 pretty well. The margaritas were a very light pour. Im a lightweight and I felt and tastes nothing. Everyone enjoyed their food tho and the chorizo dip was really good. Could have taken a bucket of that home. Friendly staff and great decor with a lot of cool furniture and pieces to look at.
Food is ok. Lack a little bit Mexican spices. Good service.

The Chicken soup is out if this world! There's an enormous amount of Chicken meat, perhaps a while breast and the bowl is big enough for two and it comes with a lime to wedge which I squeezed and dropped in the bowl-a lovely twist. They make it fresh everyday, you can trust me because I've gone back to check. I regularly pop in to get a bowl and when I'm sick, it's my only request.
