Came in to pick up an order, and this little woman ignored me for fifteen minutes or so, helping everyone else. They need to realize that we're on timers when it comes to deliveries. I did nothing to upset her and she simply ignored me. What a great atmosphere. not.

I come here frequently, and usually have good service and food, but this time, this is all the meat they gave me for the PREMIUM (extra $1.50) steak entree.
Panda Express, Please give me a coupon or something for my next visit, otherwise I will not have faith that I will be getting fair portions in the future.
I will be more than happy to update my review if and when this happens.

I ordered the plate and upgraded a entrée to black pepper steak but I have no damn steak n this plate as much as I paid for this plate it’s crazy cause I was pressed for time on my break this is beyond ridiculous

Food was great. Hard to find with not being familiar with Birmingham and Google maps sending us to wrong place. Took an hour to find it but staff friendly and good food
I really enjoy their food. Haven't had a dish that dissapointed, just wish their portions were more in line with other Chinese restaurants. Staff is friendly, will answer questions and make small changes to please customers.
I've eaten in and had delivery. Some dishes I'd recommend; blazin boubon, orange and honey sesame chicken, the Bejing beef and honey walnut chicken.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Had to wait for rice and orange chicken to cook said okay that's fine and once the food was plated it was burnt to hell. Had a very nasty burnt after taste like they scraped the burnt pieces out. Very unsatisfied with this poor service. This was a dinner for my son's birthday today and this was very disappointing to him. Not worth the amount of money that was spent just to have burnt food.
