I was sitting eating at 8.20pm, the Restaurant says it closes at 9pm and the manager told me to leave the Restaurant. I had to stop eating, close my food and leave the Restaurant. Very bad action.

After my husband and I had a bad experience at the 280 location we had all but sworn off Panda Express (manager was so verbally and publicly abusive to her staff, my husband I left without finishing our food). Regardless I wanted Panda today, but was afraid to get caught in lunch hour traffic. I took a chance, parking was a breeze, and Alyxandra had my food ready in a snap! She was the sweetest most helpful, most professional person I have encountered at any Panda location. When I got back to my desk 20 minutes later, my food was pipping hot! Alyxandra and her team had all my utensils and condiments placed nicely in my bag! I will certainly go to Panda downtown Birmingham more frequently!

Literally sat in line for 30 min , i ordered online in advance at that i have a baby and can not always get out as drive thru suppose to be fast and convenient. We'll this one isn't and the wait was freaking ridiculous it like no one cared and it definitely needed to be reported. Mcdonald's do not have you waiting this long

Came in to pick up an order, and this little woman ignored me for fifteen minutes or so, helping everyone else. They need to realize that we're on timers when it comes to deliveries. I did nothing to upset her and she simply ignored me. What a great atmosphere. not.

I come here frequently, and usually have good service and food, but this time, this is all the meat they gave me for the PREMIUM (extra $1.50) steak entree.
Panda Express, Please give me a coupon or something for my next visit, otherwise I will not have faith that I will be getting fair portions in the future.
