As of today, food quality and amount have drastically decreased. I noticed the mini spring rolls they are trying to get away with and what was that hard thing in my orange chicken? Absolutely dumb for the high prices. I will never be back.

Lost a customer simply cause I asked if I could taste a little piece of beef that I wasn't sure of what it was and got denied. I would have literally paid for the sample. I can understand if there's a policy against samples but why would I buy an entire meal just to not like it? I hate businesses like this. You drop food on the floor and throw it out everyday but a simple request is where you draw the line. 🗑️

The food quality varies depending on when you go. Sometimes, it's good and other times just okay. The location is convenient as it's close to UAB Hospital. There is nearby parking in a garage and paid street parking.

Has to be one of our son’s favorite Chinese restaurants, if I am going to have to wait I’m always told in advance, I have always received excellent service and the food is always wonderful. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

There on a Sunday, imagine much busier on weekdays. Couple of items looked like they were dry from sitting there for a while, but again I imagine more traffic mid-week. Restaurant was clean and friendly staff.

I arrived 30 minutes before closings. Some food items were no longer available. I got what remained of what was available. I wouldn't recommend going close to closing time.
The food was horrible. The chicken was dry and it appeared as if it had been sitting for some days, the noodles were greasy and it made my stomach hurt I used to visit here frequently . I watch the staff change,Service and now quality food ,but I no longer recommend or will be a patron here

I honestly don't know why I hadn't tried Panda Express until now. I saw an advertisement for a new dish & wanted to try it. Unfortunately, this location didn't offer it, but with their prices being so reasonable, I thought I'd still give them a try. Ordering is completely customizable & they have different serving portions options to make sure you're getting exactly how much of whatever it is that you want. I ordered online for carrout. The food good, was ready on time & staff was polite. I'll definitely be back!

I went thru the Panda Express drive-thru on Saturday, 23 August 2025. I ordered the Bigger Plate and some extras. The person who took and delivered my order, Anthony G. was Excellent. Perfect order and very fast. Great food and good prices. Very Close to my residences

I was sitting eating at 8.20pm, the Restaurant says it closes at 9pm and the manager told me to leave the Restaurant. I had to stop eating, close my food and leave the Restaurant. Very bad action.
