Ordered smokehouse BBQ Sandwiches and when I got it, it came without onions. I told the workers I was missing my onions but 3 different workers told me that Smokehouse BBQ doesn’t contain onions and said if I wanted the onions I should have paid for it. I knew the BBQ sandwich contains onions so I refused to talk to the rude workers and called the head company. The manager at the UAB panera better start training their workers. They don’t even know the ingredients of their sandwiches. I am never going back to panera at this location again.

(P.s. they will try to make your sandwich as thin as possible)

stood there for about 10 mins trying to figure out what I want because they are sold out of just about everything.. just for the lil under aged manger to say they have no soups at all. Baby just close shop. Don’t nobody come to Panera for a sandwich.

Staff could not find order even though my app said it was ready. Had to wait longer than expected. Good food.

Parking: Difficult to find parking at the university.
Order was ready but the staff could not find when I came to pick up order. Eventually it was found after they told me it would be ready shortly several times.

The counter person this afternoon, Blair, may be the finest counter person I have met in years! Caring, listening, explaining, offering suggestions and smiling the whole time. And not just with me but everyone I saw at the counter giving an order. Makes me want to return to Panera for food and drink without going outside the hospital! Great job Blair!!

I want to start by saying the guy working was super nice! Unfortunately the lady taking my order wasn't. It sounded like she had things going on from what she kept telling a coworker, but I don't think that excuses being rude and rushing me when I was the only one in line. I asked her if they had a certain item, which she said they didn't even do there(another employee after said they do). On top of that she was too busy complaining to even take my order correctly and it was just wrong. That or they were out of it and gave me a substitute, which I understand, but wish that was communicated so I didn't find out once I was home. Also another way I know she took it wrong is when I first walked up I was going to use the kiosk, I had more food queued up there than I ended up getting at the register, as she kind of rushed me and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her, yet somehow, with less food at the register, it was almost $15 more. I tried to call twice once I got home and realized my food was messed up, seeing as I had to walk 20 minutes and I wasn't about to turn back around, but no one answered. I'm really annoyed by the whole situation in all honesty. The one dude was at least cool I guess.

Price gouging! They are ripping customers off. $7.90 for a medium tea and half-filled fruit cup. How much more money do you corporate bourgeoisie think we paycheck-to-paycheck people can stand your continuously increasing prices to fill your pockets?
