I am a working professional & used to really love this location. Sad how much it’s gone downhill since the pandemic. Biggest issue is they’re often out of certain bagels & coffee. It’s not well maintained & cleaned. Wireless, which is a big draw for me, is terrible. Staff is nice but can be obstinante quite unprofessional (loud & inappropriate at times). Just seems there is no pride in this location anymore. I’ve been a loyal customer for probably over a decade but I think that’s come to an end. Too many other good choices out there.

Are bagels supposed to be cut this way? You would think that people would care how they send food out the door. I suggest checking all pickup orders (that you place for yourself) before leaving the store. Do better, Panera Bread, Do better.

The website is trash, constantly stuck loading or refreshing. if you navigate away from the page you have to start the order over, I was trying to get breakfast but after an hour of wrangling the page into working it was past 11 and I no longer could order breakfast. If you do not have the patience of a saint, do not use the website to order. I guess they hope people will end up downloading the app but I will not.Vegetarian options: some vegetarian options, kind of expensive for a grilled cheese
