Place is nasty, food was half warm and we mobile ordered 45 min early and still waited 20 min, portion size of food compared to price is ridiculous

A nice place to come and have a morning ite to eat, or in our case have a team meeting a d work on a couple items for the day. This isn't a coffee shop so outlets are very limited, but if you get there at the right time you can snatch one.I'm knocking food down one star because they seem incosistent at times with their morning pastry offerings. Some days it may be orange scones, others blueberry. Some days even by coming in early (at open or shortly thereafter) they are completely out of a type or two of bagel.

I have enjoyed this location many times in the past however, after my most recent visit it will be awhile before I return. Unorganized and unprofessional, it appeared as though no one knew what they were doing. They provided our to-go order without all of our food. Once we arrived home to eat, they left all ingredients of one of the sandwich except the bread and meat, there was nothing else.

I love Panera Bread. Their food is always fresh and delicious. Only thing is, I had a call in order and my soup was left out. But, I still love to go there and try new things on the menu.

Used to go here often so I decided to place an online order. 5 stars for the smiles and service as they handed me my incorrect order. Check your orders before you seal them and do better on your breakfast sandwiches. For now, I will go to the Summit (if they make enough bagels) or Alabaster... definitely, Alabaster location.

Please plan better so you don’t run out of food. What we got was pretty good. The staff making food was a little over zealous and getting flustered with the customers. Ordering everyone to sit down.

Ehhh it’s a Panera. Service is decent, not exceptional or anything to write home about. The food is good. Atmosphere ehhh typical deli/quick order. Expensive for what it is. But we go there on occasion for something different. Wide variety of menu items. I like the turkey chili and salads. My husband likes the flat bread pizzas and some of their sandwiches are yummy. I enjoy the flavored teas.

I wouldn't recommend anyone eating or working here. The Assistant Manager is unprofessional and inconsiderate. The store is very unorganized due to poor leadership.

I’ve called and called and called no answer!!! I’ll have to find somewhere else to do lunch at. It’s crazy how no one can answer the phone. It’s 3 PM in the afternoon.
