Food good but that was it. We arrived upon store opening & they weren’t even close to prepared. Person working register had 0 customer service skills & had no concern about things not being ready. Told my child she may not have everything on her croissant in the least empathetic way possible. There was no food in the front case or bagels out. There was no coffee creamer out, no toilet paper in women’s bathroom. The side door was locked & unusable. And the lunch menu was still up so we had to fumble our way through order. Panera in general has been slipping since the pandemic & never rebounded. We won’t be back here for a long time.

This drive thru is SLOW. I had an hour for lunch and my job is less than 10 minutes away. I spent 30 minutes in line, mostly in the same spot. Please eliminate the drive thru if it’s going to take this long because it’s not efficient at all.

Explain to me why you can no longer order a salad through the drive thru? You can order anything else but a salad. It's made in the same kitchen. Why can it not be walked to the window? Extremely frustrated with this location!

Arrived in the drive thru last night for my pickup order. It was an order of broccoli cheddar soup. I arrived home six minutes later to eat the soup and saw that there was some kind of larvae in my soup. Pretty disgusting and I won’t be returning.

We stopped in for breakfast and coffee as we were passing through town. My husband ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich it was cold and missing the ingredients. It did not have the cream cheese or the ayoli. When he asked for the cream cheese, they charged him $1.77 and said the picture was wrong it isnt made that way. I ordered Avocado toast. It was nothing like advertised. It was a few chunks of Avocado on bread. It wasn't even toasted.

I would give this negative stars if I were able. While sitting in the parking lot I witnessed an employee in uniform and with blue hair and her husband both get out and threaten to shoot someone because they blow their horn because the employee was blocking the main road in traffic. When I called the store to make a complaint, I was told “oh she was talked to” and the “manager” I spoke with did not seem too concerned. I really hope this is not how they do business in their store. I will be making a complaint with corporate. I really hope they are not as rude and hateful inside their store.
