Stopped by to pick up an order to take home. Took 20 minutes to get the food. Got home with the order and it was not complete. Tried to call to talk to the manager about the issue and never could get through. Every time I went on hold it would ring for 20 or thirty times and hang up the call. This is the second and last time I will eat at Panera in trussville Al.

Food good but that was it. We arrived upon store opening & they weren’t even close to prepared. Person working register had 0 customer service skills & had no concern about things not being ready. Told my child she may not have everything on her croissant in the least empathetic way possible. There was no food in the front case or bagels out. There was no coffee creamer out, no toilet paper in women’s bathroom. The side door was locked & unusable. And the lunch menu was still up so we had to fumble our way through order. Panera in general has been slipping since the pandemic & never rebounded. We won’t be back here for a long time.

This drive thru is SLOW. I had an hour for lunch and my job is less than 10 minutes away. I spent 30 minutes in line, mostly in the same spot. Please eliminate the drive thru if it’s going to take this long because it’s not efficient at all.

Explain to me why you can no longer order a salad through the drive thru? You can order anything else but a salad. It's made in the same kitchen. Why can it not be walked to the window? Extremely frustrated with this location!
