My food was great, but the employee Lorenzo was very rude. Customer service is not a strong point for him, the manager may need to pull him to the side and address his attitude.

I just got a DoorDash order and because I love to eat baguette with my soup hence why I ordered 4 pieces. My problem is that baguette is supposed to have a harder, crispy texture on the outside and a soft fluffy texture on the inside yet my bread was soft on the outside and hard on the inside…why? Because it was STALE!!! Yes I am giving a 1 start for this because how are you Panera BREAD and your employees cannot tell when bread is stale and why is bread sitting out so long that it’s getting stale??? Do better!

I ordered to be delivered. I'm in a hotel. They put food by the door. Didn't knock, call me as they were leaving nothing. So by time I found it food cold, Hot coffee cold. And to top it off charged me over $8 for a small cup of Mac n cheese. No bread. This is my first and last time giving them my money.
Having only ate here two times I can say I was not impressed with the bread!!!!!! On the first visit I ordered soup and found the bread to be "as hard as a brick" hhhhhh. Not familiar with their bread I assumed this was the way it was supposed to be so with much effort I finally broke the bread into several pieces with my hands and could eat it with some serious chewing being careful not to break a tooth. My second visit I ordered soup again and found the same hard bread which I broke and used as a soup dip and that worked okay. But I could have sworn the soup came out of a can I had at home of the same type. The atmosphere is great and service was good but if I go back it will probably be for something more than soup and bread.

Hey I just wanted they are racist pricks. So my sick mom , my son and myself went through the driveway and placed an ordered for two drugs combos, 2 lemonades and a flatbread pizza. The pizza was fine but the lemonade was watered down. I was crunched for time so I let that lemonade situation go. Long story short once I got to work and ate my soup there wasn't any soup and my mom didn't have any either it was all broth maybe to scoops of meat noodles etc! I called and asked could they replace my full meal except the pizza for my inconvenience. Tedra the manager answered the phone and stated that he could only probably replace the soup and that I had already called before. Which was not true; not sure if he was stereotyping or just being pure racist. It's seemed like it was a problem so I advised him that I would call my credit card company and request full refund. The disrespect and rudeness was appalling and I'm also with lunch for the evening!! First and last visit to the place!! And I will be calling corporate.
