ALERT: ALLERGIES NOTES NOT RESPECTED. Basically, 2/3 times I got something messed up: they don’t care if you select out some options for allergies or if you want only sliced bagels not toasted. FIRST ONE IS DANGEROUS, you can kill people regardless if they work in hospital. I get you are busy but this is terrible for your market, yet people do not have options. You are sad!

This Panera is not very different from others. They typically do a very good job with mobile orders. The one time that my order got taken and they had to remake it, the lady at the window offered me a dessert to make up for it. The coffee is pretty good and I highly recommend the blueberry lemonade! The value duo of a tuna melt and tomato soup was delicious when I got it. I also love the asiago and cinnamon crunch bagels. This morning I ordered the asiago sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. It was alright on its own, but it was MUCH better once I put a little hot sauce on it! I did recently sign up for the unlimited sips club, and what a deal?! First three months free, and a drink every 2 hours. This is such a good pick-me-up for when I’m at work. I can get anything from an iced coffee to an iced herbal tea. I’m very excited about it and I see how it can be addicting.

Ordered a drink because my mothers blood sugar was dangerously low, the person at qc scoffed at us was extremely rude and the fact of it being a medical emergency. Would be more lenient if I didn’t work at one but I also work in a Panera in a different location for a year now. I have been in her exact position multiple times, I had never treated a customer like that no matter what. I’m beyond disappointed

This Hospital Hires nothing but too Ghetto or too Racist. Don't eat anywhere in this Hospital. Buffalo Wild Wings down the street is better, Starbucks down the street is better, if it's fast food chains or cleaning crew at UAB then it's All Ghetto and Bad McDonald's service. I ordered a pastry here and it was hard as a rock.

I would not go to this location if I didn’t work at UAB and it wasn’t convenient. They are always out of things. Today I ordered online and got to the pick up area and saw there was a stop on my receipt. They told me they were out of brownies. I asked if I could get a cookie instead. However, after standing there for a few minutes I realized they were not going to bring one out, so I went to ask the bakery. The bakery told me that they did have brownies and that they probably didn’t bother to look for one. Really poor service and the food is not that great for the price.

First of all, I worked at a Panera bread for nearly 8 years, so I know how things should be.I'm a patient at the hospital right now, having a really bad time being cooped up in my room, nearly confined to my bed.I had my gf order me an iced caramel latte on the app, along with some food, but it was the coffee that I really wanted.Just so everyone knows, and iced caramel latte from Panera gets a tan scoop of ice, 2 shots of espresso, 3 pumps of caramel, and 2% milk to the fill line of the cup.When my food arrived, the first thing I went for was my coffee, which didn't include a straw. That's issue number 1. Always put a straw in the bag if your customer got an iced latte, as it's made behind the counter. The 2nd issue is that the drink wasn't stirred. So no straw, and no way to stir my drink that I've been craving for 5 days cooped up in this hospital room. In the 8 years and literally thousands of iced lattes I've made at Panera when I worked there, I NOT ONCE, NEVER, EVER forgot to stir someone's drink. I mean, it's part of the process. I had to stir my iced caramel latte with a freaking sharpie. Thank you.3rd issue is that this 3 ingredient drink that I ordered, tastes like it was made with cinnamon. Y'all need to get ur stuff together. Integrity is one of your core values. Also, not being a jerk, which sending me my drink like that, was a pretty jerk-y move.

The food was delicious, I bought the spinach and artichoke sufle. It was totally awesome. I also had their smoothie the peach and blueberry and it was delicious. Not sweet just a perfect blend of fruits.

I really enjoyed my visit. Very friendly staff, everyone hard at work, their food tastes great. One of the workers there named Daniel, just had such a bright personality and always smiles bringing great customer service.
