First of all, I worked at a Panera bread for nearly 8 years, so I know how things should be.I'm a patient at the hospital right now, having a really bad time being cooped up in my room, nearly confined to my bed.I had my gf order me an iced caramel latte on the app, along with some food, but it was the coffee that I really wanted.Just so everyone knows, and iced caramel latte from Panera gets a tan scoop of ice, 2 shots of espresso, 3 pumps of caramel, and 2% milk to the fill line of the cup. When my food arrived, the first thing I went for was my coffee, which didn't include a straw. That's issue number 1. Always put a straw in the bag if your customer got an iced latte, as it's made behind the counter. The 2nd issue is that the drink wasn't stirred. So no straw, and no way to stir my drink that I've been craving for 5 days cooped up in this hospital room. In the 8 years and literally thousands of iced lattes I've made at Panera when I worked there, I NOT ONCE, NEVER, EVER forgot to stir someone's drink. I mean, it's part of the process. I had to stir my iced caramel latte with a freaking sharpie. Thank you.3rd issue is that this 3 ingredient drink that I ordered, tastes like it was made with cinnamon. Y'all need to get ur stuff together. Integrity is one of your core values. Also, not being a jerk, which sending me my drink like that, was a pretty jerk-y move.

The app will say your order is ready…you still have to wait another 10 min, they must be trying to beat a metric.I don’t understand how black people are so fast at sports but when it comes to fast food….they are so slow

Food is great, pretty fast, clean establishment. 98% of staff are wonderful, kind and professional. The ither 2% are AWFUL; disgusting attitudes, eye rolls, lacks customer service skills and human decency and will take their distaste of the occupation they chose out on customers. Also; some employees do not wear gloves when preparing food and touch your food with their bare hands.Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian options are salads and some soups; not a great selection for those who don't eat meat.Wheelchair accessibility: Inside hospital, take that how you want to concerning accessibility.

Love the food here but the young man taking orders was beyond rude. Never said thank you or answered my question about drinks, just walked off. Later as I was eating he sat at a table listening to music with his leg propped on the table. Not a lot of choices in the hospital, not to mention customers are obviously here with a loved one going through something so kindness when ordering food would be much appreciated.

Whenever I go order hit, the customer service is always lacking. The staff have been incredibly rude. I even had a situation where the manager actually didn't want to take my order and a lot of times they are out of the stuff I don't want to order. This is the most rudest, bias, discriminatory story I've ever encountered.

While staying at the hospital, I stopped by and grabbed some Panera for some food / fuel to keep going several days. It's located on the second floor of the building. It has self checkout, and rapid pickup options as well. I placed my order on the app and would go pick it up around the time it said it would be ready without issue. They also have a normal checkout counter as well, but I did not use it. There are tables to sit down, both inside and outside the restaurant area for those who do not want to rush back to a hospital room :)

The young guy was so rude when I arrived at 8:15pm right before closing he stands there looking like we out of this we out of that (me.whats left? Him nothing just standing there. No greeting..Customer service not good at all you shouldn't have no one working at a front counter that clearly doesn't care.

Orders are consistently late by 20-30 minutes. And they’ll say the order is ready in the app and it never is.
