Papa John's in Birmingham

“The pizza is like 3/5 or 4/5 most of the time. But the people working here are at least like fr 10/5. They don't always answer the phone, but when they do - always nice and know whats going on.

I wish there were more drivers, the wait time for delivery can be awful. Sometimes pickup is just easy.“

“It’s papa John’s pizza after all and this location’s quality is consistent with other locations. The differences here is the high quality staff. Pizza Hut and Domino’s have both gone down the tubes but PJ has at least maintained quality.“

“Excellent delivery experience, driver delivered right to the hotel room and earlier than expected. It's convenient for families to have a Papa John's across the street from the hotel especially after coming back from sports tournaments.“

“So I don't like that they use door dash drivers sometimes. However I've called them directly for some orders I had for protective stadium and the BJCC. Even though they were having issues with the ordering system the manager worked it out for me and made sure my crew got their food on time. I like Papa John's because it's a fair price and a good quality. The crew there on my last few orders went above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. Very appreciative.“

“Those girls kicked some serious butt with my order! Only took 10 min from the time I clicked order to completion. I hadn't even left the house yet.On another note, the "epic" pepperoni stuffed crust pizza is kind of lame.(That's not their fault, just a mediocre recipe.) Too much mozzarella, a standard pizza would be better Imo.“

“Really congested area, but overall quick pizzas being that im not far away. Ordering online is a must, walk ins can be very confusing. But the staff there always makes sure you leave satisfied.

Parking: Only like 3 or 4 slots, one of which is usually a PJs truck and patrons from the gas station lot they share.“
