So I don't like that they use door dash drivers sometimes. However I've called them directly for some orders I had for protective stadium and the BJCC. Even though they were having issues with the ordering system the manager worked it out for me and made sure my crew got their food on time. I like Papa John's because it's a fair price and a good quality. The crew there on my last few orders went above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. Very appreciative.

I ordered a pepperoni and bacon for takeout but when u got home I realized the cook put on a SINGLE half a piece of pepperoni and 2 strips of undercooked bacon. I even added a tip to the order before I got there. I drive an extra 20 minutes now whenever I want papa john’s because ITS WORTH ACTUALLY RECEIVING WHAT I PAID FOR. Yes it was the correct box with the correct label

Absolutely awful. Never delivered my food, never called, told me they were waiting outside 45 minutes ago. Which is impossible because the order was less than 5 minutes old at that time. Just a bunch of grade A clowns

I ordered a bacon/pepperoni pizza with a garlic parm crust. I received a regular pepperoni pizza. Instead of a remake, they refunded me because I guess due to laziness. This wouldn’t have happened with Chris M there managing the place.

Literally saw one of the employees pick her nose and then make a pizza without washing her hands. Same lady, taking a personal call while customers are waiting in line. I guess the culture at Papa John’s doesn’t care for customer service or food safety.
It's a typical clean papa johns. If you like papa johns, then it's great!
Parking: Can be difficult to find parking when picking up. You can park in the small lot between it and the gas station.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is difficult but not impossible.

So, I work at one of the departments for a large hospital downtown (hint hint). We always order 20 something pizzas one Friday a month from this location. We are tax exempt, and that has been an issue depending on who's at work. We get our pizzas uncut, the wrong orders, late, just so many problems too many times. We have since had a survey amongst the team and switched to a better restaurant that has yet to make a mistake and also gives us a discount. YMMV, but good luck at this location. Sometimes, they get it right.

Store is a complete ghost town and they forgot to make my order. MOD Is asleep at the wheel! It's something every time I come here! Edit: Just got home to realize pizza was made wrong once again. Ordered pepperoni pineapple onion with pineapple on the whole pizza. Onion on the whole pizza and only pepperoni on one half and for the third time they put Onion and pineapple on just half the pizza and pepperoni in just the other half. That kitchen can't read tickets!
