Literally saw one of the employees pick her nose and then make a pizza without washing her hands. Same lady, taking a personal call while customers are waiting in line. I guess the culture at Papa John’s doesn’t care for customer service or food safety.

It's a typical clean papa johns. If you like papa johns, then it's great!
Parking: Can be difficult to find parking when picking up. You can park in the small lot between it and the gas station.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is difficult but not impossible.

So, I work at one of the departments for a large hospital downtown (hint hint). We always order 20 something pizzas one Friday a month from this location. We are tax exempt, and that has been an issue depending on who's at work. We get our pizzas uncut, the wrong orders, late, just so many problems too many times. We have since had a survey amongst the team and switched to a better restaurant that has yet to make a mistake and also gives us a discount. YMMV, but good luck at this location. Sometimes, they get it right.

Store is a complete ghost town and they forgot to make my order. MOD Is asleep at the wheel! It's something every time I come here! Edit: Just got home to realize pizza was made wrong once again. Ordered pepperoni pineapple onion with pineapple on the whole pizza. Onion on the whole pizza and only pepperoni on one half and for the third time they put Onion and pineapple on just half the pizza and pepperoni in just the other half. That kitchen can't read tickets!

Fellow with long hair slinging it around and back, no gloves, no hair net. 7 customers in line. 7 orders lined up. I had to ask for someone to pass out pizzas.
They were clearly swamped last night and it sounded like a lot of the customers were ordering the same deal (myself included) there were only about three of them back there and whoever was running the front did an excellent job.
They professionally handled a complaint of a pizza that looked perfectly fine to me, and kindly offered to remake the pizza to their exact liking even while they were super busy. The people in the back offered smiles and communication letting us know when it'll be ready. If raises are in the budget these guys deserve it!

2 hours later never got the pizza. They stopped answering their phone. Another store GM Jessica was zero help. Said oh well it’s a bad store. The managers need to be fired. Zero help. Disgusting.

Do not order from this Papa Johns. I ordered while I was in the hospital and they didn't deliver my pizza and couldn't speak to the manager. Will never order from here again!!!!

Very good and Staff are friendly.
Vegetarian options: Fresh veggies and the best olives.
Dietary restrictions: The gluten free crust is so good. Anci3nt grains and it has a certain bite that has just the right amount of crisp and crunch and texture and taste gives a wholesome taste and filling.
There were only two people working that night. I put my order in online which was for one medium pizza. 35 mins later the tracker said it was ready. I go inside and it is just now going in the over I guess because I waited another 25 minutes until I received it.
