I ordered a pizza with a request to be cut in squares for my child and they left it as is. I ordered garlic knots and they sent me bread with garlic sauce. Extremely disappointed in such a simple small order and still got it wrong.

There’s no option for a carry-out only discount or deal that’s reasonable for a 3 topping large pizza. It’s $12 easy at Dominos. It is over $18 here for the same thing. Never going to pay 50% more for the same thing. I drive further away to pick up Dominos every week. Would be nice if there was a reasonable deal here. I’d maybe pay 10% more but 50% more is crazy.

Awesome service. Every time I pick up a pizza it's been hot and fresh and tastes great. Deliveries have been smooth, the drivers are friendly and pretty quick. Very close to UAB and convenient for downtown & Southside.

Went in tonight trying to give them another chance since they screwed my last order up and order the exact same order thin crust cut into squares and what do know same results but this time it was thick crust cut into triangle and when I said it’s not correct the heavyset guy took the pizza and try to cut into squares while the guy behind the register is wanting me to pay for the incorrect pizza not even offering to remake it smh! Also what I didn’t do is check they’re reviews and if I did they’re a reason the have a 3.2 and judging from comments it should be a lot worse! To all those out there avoid this place

Ordered 2 large pizzas. 16 slices. Was given 1 packet of red pepper and 1 packet of parmesan cheese. Asked for a couple extra and was told I would be charged after paying $40 for pizza and tipping. Never coming back here lol

So I don't like that they use door dash drivers sometimes. However I've called them directly for some orders I had for protective stadium and the BJCC. Even though they were having issues with the ordering system the manager worked it out for me and made sure my crew got their food on time. I like Papa John's because it's a fair price and a good quality. The crew there on my last few orders went above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. Very appreciative.
I ordered a pepperoni and bacon for takeout but when u got home I realized the cook put on a SINGLE half a piece of pepperoni and 2 strips of undercooked bacon. I even added a tip to the order before I got there. I drive an extra 20 minutes now whenever I want papa john’s because ITS WORTH ACTUALLY RECEIVING WHAT I PAID FOR. Yes it was the correct box with the correct label

I ordered a bacon/pepperoni pizza with a garlic parm crust. I received a regular pepperoni pizza. Instead of a remake, they refunded me because I guess due to laziness. This wouldn’t have happened with Chris M there managing the place.
