Papa Johns Pizza

I worked at Papa John's when I was in college. This was not what remembered, overpriced and poor quality.

Ordered on the app and they cancelled my order with no email or anything, after charging me. Avoid

This location is good. Love order here.

Their doors were locked when they were supposed to be open. I tried knocking but they acted like couldn't see nor hear me.

Saturday 4/5/2025 I order a cheese pizza pull apart cinnamon bread, along with breadsticks to go,
after paying with the credit card at the location, took them 30 minutes to prepare my order then they screwed up my breadsticks,
made a complaint to store manager named Jess. She was super nasty and told me she will not refund $7.99 for the breadsticks.
called the police to make a report and filed a complaint on 800 number for Papa Johns
I will never do business at this location nor Papa Johns anymore!

Worst pizza I have ever gotten. No toppings, no cheese, and half of the pizza was crust. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! ITS TERRIBLE!

DO NOT order from this location. They took my order with an estimated 30 minute delivery time. I got the app notification that it was out for delivery but the tracker just stayed stuck at the store. No one will answer the phone there. I called a corporate number and had them call the store manager and they still didn’t answer. They also changed the order status so I couldn’t cancel. The pizza took 1.5 hours, it spent over an hour “out for delivery” when it was a five minute distance, we couldn’t cancel or get updates because they don’t answer the phone. Ordered a Dominoes and already received it when the Papa John’s finally showed up. It was ice cold and pitiful, a frozen pizza looked better. This is not the first time for this location. Still can’t get anyone to answer about a refund. Don’t order from here.

The first time the delivery guy left my pizza on the floor at the door. Tonight the delivery guy acted as if he couldn’t see at night and did not know how to use GPS to find my residence. As I was on the phone trying to walk him here. Papa John’s has to do better than this. And yet they gave me my money back but no one tried to give me a credit either time. I will be calling corporate on the Irondale location.

SHAME ON YOU...I'm still waiting on my order from Thursday, July 11th. PAPA Johns took my order and money and never delivered my order. I've called several times without a resolution. SHAME ON YOU, PAPA JOHN'S pizza on Montevallo Rd in Birmingham, AL.

Cold pizza wrong crust

I ordered some stuff crust and my daughter spit out a piece of paper what was in her pizz and we found plenty more rolled up inside the stuff crust .. the store said they couldn’t credit or remake the pizza . Never ordering at montevallo rd
