We had a Christmas Party and I had spoken to a manager and talked about placing order for early the next week and we went over pricing. I tried to call back for days and couldn’t get an answer. I went in the store as soon as they opened to speak to the manager because the party was today. I found out that the manager I spoke to wasn’t from that store so the store manager there had no clue, but he went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. I knew it threw him off that we needed so many pizzas in basically 2 hrs but he didn’t complain. He actually was able to give me a better deal than the other guy. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we had the pizza at the time needed even though I was running behind. And the pizzas were still hot! Thanks so much the kids loved it! Next time I need to order more cheese pizzas!

I picked up an order, and the owner should take a look at who is working in the store... she seemed to be very intoxicated or high on something... sad, and I would not personally trust this location with my food order.

7/16/24 I came to this Papa John’s tonight to get a pizza. The door was locked. It was only like 9 o’cloc I saw the sign said they close for takeout at nine, so I got on the phone. A Caucasian male answered and I said hey I’m the guy that just tried to come inside. Should I order a pizza online? or can you take my order over the phone? This guy acted like he has some kind of problem like he was wondering why I’m trying to order a pizza and I’m outside and he acted like he didn’t even hear me talking on the phone because there would be long pauses when I asked him a question, I just took myself over to Crestwood because I didn’t like his attitude over the phone and why didn’t he tell me I could go To Crestwood if I needed to Do Takeout I guess he just didn’t know their lobby was open still but he didn’t seem to be very helpful at all

I have been ordering via the app and getting my orders delivered from this location for 3 years, only to place an order today and it get canceled with no call as a reason to why it was being canceled. I have never had a problem with this location until today. When I called to see why my order was canceled, I was told that I am outside of the delivery rage?! While asking questions trying to get an understanding as to why they couldn't deliver to my address all the girl could keep saying was that I was outside of the area they can deliver to. I asked if they made some type of update that wouldn't allow them to deliver this area and she stated that she didn't know, but she called her GM and they told her that I would have to get it delivered via doordash or go pick it up. It's very disappointing that they don't notify there regular customers of things like this or that the app would let you place a delivery order to a store that doesn't deliver to your location.

Store Manager Marcus and staff are most friendly and deliver clean, quick service. Parkway East is my favorite location because I always get exactly what I order and my pizza is always fully covered with cheese & toppings.

This was the worse pizza I hv ever had from papa John, I call to let the store Manger know that I was dissatisfied with the quality of this pizza and he was not welling to do anything abt this , per there policy he says I was beyond the 30min call back policy they have . But the pizza taste terrible, and I was abt a few mins beyond what he could do abt it . I'm very disappointed with this order ,
