I received a delivery Saturday afternoon. The timing, delivery driver was on time and polite, food quality of pizza and brownie... superb and delicious!! Love them!! My favorites so far!
Delivery driver gave me a contact high and they didn't cut my pizza. Yes you read that right ..... Didn't Cut The pizza ?

We ordered a pizza at 4 to be delivered at 6:15. The pizza arrived an hour late, sauces exploded and soaked the bottom of the box. Apparently Papa John's "doesn't do refunds" but they'll give you a free soggy, room temperature pizza for free for the inconvenience. Hard pass. never ordering from here

The girl inside was nice, store looked very clean. Pizza was as good as any Papa John's I've had and I survived off of it in college.

They delivered my order to the wrong address. I watched them as they delivered on their tracking app. I called and the manager lied and said that they had 2 deliveries in my neighborhood. I watched as the delivery guy turned around and pick back up my pizza at the address they had delivered it to. Then the drive brought it to my house. The driver told me the same story. At the same time the neighbor that they delivered it to called me and confirmed that they delivered it to them and then came back to pick it up to deliver it to me. At this point the manager and the driver had lied. When confronted the driver admitted that he was only saying what the manager had told him to say. All I wanted was for them to either remake a fresh pizza or refund my money. The manager then hung up the phone. I guess that is customer service today. How disgusting! I will never order from papa John’s again.

Honestly, if I could give a 0 star rating, I would.Ordered my pizza on the PJ’s app, added an extra sauce not thinking it would charge me, but that’s totally on me! I know they charge, but I didn’t see a charge next to it when I added it to my order.I go in the store to pick up my pizza and I asked the gentleman could I be refunded for the sauce. He asked me if I minded keeping it on the tab? I’m like, “Nah, every cent for me counts.” So he apparently refunded my entire order.Tells me after the fact that it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to go back on my card, and yes, I don’t mind admitting that there was a limit on my card that prevented me from having it ran again, and when I went to get 0.60, apparently I’m repaying for my entire pizza order AGAIN, which I couldn’t with that particular card because it met its limit.So I’m standing in their location with embarrassment written all over my face, because this gentleman couldn’t just refund me the 0.60, but had to refund the entire order which forced me to swipe again.This ultimately ended with a cold pizza, I got NO receipt as to what he did on my card, and basically embarassment. It’s crazy that people don’t know who I know, but I’ll be reaching out to higher ups tomorrow. This was insane to me.

I ask for I quote "a pizza that was drowned in sauce,absolutely destroy it with sauce!"This man knew the objective. What I got made me burst out in laughter turned my entire day around and made me wish I tipped more.I got a disk that was merely a vessel for the saucey goodness to enter my mouth and I have never knew I needed something so much until I got it.You did me good papa johns you definitely earned a forever fan.

This Papa John's is so wonderful. Delivery is always faster than expected and pizza is always fresh from the oven. Delivery drivers even climb all the stairs to my apartment with no complaint. Yall are doing a fantastic job, keep up the good work!
