I ordered pizza for our office from this locations and the pizza was ready when I got there! The food was delicious! There was only one employee working in the whole place! And she was working hard taking care of customers. I really needed a reciept but she could not get one because the machine did not work and I needed for my employer. Otherwise, it was a great service!

So today 11-10-2025 I made a online order so that I could pick my pizza up at 12 for lunch and I’ve done this multiple times with no issues, but today I arrive at around 12:05 and the woman working there asks me are you here to do a pickup and I say yes I am and tell her the name it is under and she’s says it’ll be ready in a few minutes and she hands me a box and wings at
12:20 clearly the wrong order and I tell her it’s the wrong order and she asks what the name was again I tell her and she says it’s not in the system, 1 how are you gonna tell me it’ll be ready in a few minutes then all of a sudden I’m not in the system and 2 she claims some thing about the system and her assistant manager canceling my order Wich I received no notification of, not a phone call or text or email , 3 I wasted 2/3 of my lunch waiting on a order that wasn’t even mine

Called me 15 minutes before close to tell me they straight up would not be making my order, no explanation besides “they had to close early”. I could tell it was a total lie. You just did not want to make my order. The “manager” Tony shame on you, the laziness is above and beyond. Still have not received my refund. Wish I could give negative stars.

Ordered pizza on August 20th for a draft party August 23rd. When I arrived in the 23rd to pickup my 5 pizzas they were closed. I've had to call different days multiple times and have talked to some guy. The store manager knew this order was scheduled since she helped me swap it from delivery to carryout....they changed my card and I'm still trying to get my $ back.

Place wanted charge me 50 cents for EACH Parmesan packet. I have never been to a pizza place that charges for the cheese. Just seems extremely cheap of either ownership/management. Will avoid this location at all costs
