Perry’s Pit Cue Craft BBQ

My fiancée and I decided to book a reservation for our 5 year anniversary! I put on the reservation that we would like to be not in a crowded area and were still seated beside two couples however management did move us upon our request after asking to move. We were very grateful for that however our server Mary K was not the most efficient. I was denied when I tried to order a Martini because of my ID; it was a paper copy which was givien to me at the Courthouse when I had to transfer over my GA ID to an Alabama one and even had the actual GA ID still to show the transfer. Very poor customer service especially being a Bartender and in the service industry. Usually a manager would come to the table to handle that type of situation but no manager came to the table. Our appetizers were perfect but the server forgot the twin lobster tails. We ate both of our entrees and the lobster tails still were not brought out by the time we finished so we had to miss out on those unfortunately. Given the amount we pay for our experience and food the service did not match the quality. The server instead made a joke stating “they told me to stop drinking at work” As someone who is in the service industry you usually try to compensate for messing up their order but a manager didn't even come to the table. I'm not sure if we were treated differently because we are a younger couple, however very saddened by our experience for our Anniversary and hope it can be resolved.

Food was great and our server Héctor was awesome and helpful!! My group had the Porkchop, Prime rib, and cedar plank red fish.

We had an amazing time! The food was delicious, the drinks were impeccable, and the atmosphere was perfect for our Valentine's dinner. Our server Allison was outstanding—attentive, professional, and so kind. We request her every time we visit. Highly recommend!

Drinks, appetizers, food, and coffee was incredibly slow. The sides were actually luke warm on arrival to table as well as coffee. Hoping this was just a fluke as it usually is not The experience in the past.

Mae our server was fantastic!!! Filet and Lobster was excellent and the service was quick and on point!!1

Food was great even with a mis cooked steak that they corrected in under 2 min, but should not have been sent out truly. Only issue was our server seemed inexperienced considering the perrys experience

We celebrated our anniversary at Perry's. The whole experience was really nice. Good timely service, food was really nice, the staff made our anniversary special by the extra small things.

The quality of food is always superb. The appetizer, however, took over 35 min to make it to the table (calamari). The server offered to comp our desert, which we learned after dessert was only for "select"desserts, not certain higher priced items. When the check came, they actually charged us twice for the appetizer that took over 35 min to arrive at the table. Although this was fixed before billing, it was disappointing to see these oversights from a restaurant as classy as Perry's

We had the blackened steak. It was delicious. We also had the chopped salad, cream potatoes and the spinach! I also had a Perry berry mule. It was delicious and great for the social drinker who doesn't like the taste of alcohol!!! It is one of my husband's favorite restaurants so, I took him there forever his birthday. We had a great time!

Steak was undercooked. Dining partner almost finished their dinner before mine arrived. Potatoes were so cold didn't melt the patty of butter that was on top. Disappointed

Always great food. It was Christmas Eve so much busier than normal but the set menu was good and reasonably priced.

Entrees arrived about 1 minute behind appetizers...2 of 3 entrees were poorly prepared ( one steak was very undercooked, the other was over cooked)....very disappointing.

Good overall experience. Reservation was timely, food was very good, and server was on point and courteous. There were some delays in service, but it was Xmas Eve. Also noticed when we got home that we were overcharged for the steaks on a fixed price menu.

We were seated within 2 minutes of when we checked in at the hostess stand and seated in the area of the restaurant that we requested. PJ (Pablo) was an excellent server. Very attentive but not obtrusive. The only blemish in keeping this from being a 5 star review was receiving our main courses (filets) before we were served our salads. I am not sure what happened, as our server was shocked as well. Although the server returned the steaks to the kitchen immediately to keep them warm, the assistant waiter brought them back less than 5 minutes later which was still much too soon and before we had finished our salads. Therefore the filets were not as warm and sizzling as usual. The remainder of the meal was stellar.

We did the Christmas Eve 4Pix Course! It was delicious but expensive! We didn't have drinks, just drank water and didn't add any additions and the bill was over $300 for 2 people. But it was really good!
