Ordered my pizza online and it was ready when I got there. The lobby was full of people waiting for their orders and they were telling people that they weren’t taking anymore new orders at the time, which was weird. But I was able to walk in and out since I ordered ahead. I must say, whoever is in the kitchen tonight made the best pizza I have ever tasted!! Both my pizzas were DELICIOUS and I came to do a review just to say that! Great Job!!!

I normally don’t have any issues but I won’t be spending my money at this location again. Some of the food was burnt, I didn’t receive everything I paid for and the caucasian male employee covered in tattoos was very rude.

OK, I ordered two medium specialty pizzas And I ordered One of the pizzas with extra cheese it was a carryout order when my son picked it up and I got it. I noticed that I didn’t receive extra cheese on the the pizza that I ordered it on so I called the restaurant and I told them my concerns that I did not get the extra cheese on my pizza well guy argue with me and say yes I did. I was like no I did not. How can you tell me? I would not be calling if I have received the extra cheese on the pizza so he said what do you want me to do for you ma’am I can give you a two dollar credit on your Niece order and I said what can I do with two dollars yeah I don’t have anything for two dollars and he said he’s gonna be a half a cup of cheese either way I’m like no I do not want a two dollar credit. I want you to remake my pizza with extra cheese on it and he had the Most nasty attitude because they got it wrong not me and he refused to remake the pizza. He told me to bring it in so he can refund me which it’s an inconvenience because my car is not here and I was very hungry and upset His name was Tony and he claimed he’s a store manager Do not need to be with the attitude like that not good at serving customers at all refused to give his last name and I found out that they just became their own franchise yesterday so this maybe why he have a nasty attitude made me very upset. I will just order my pizzas from another Pizza Hut from now on which is the inconvenience because this is close by me. People got to do better when it comes to other people paying for their food

The food was good had a pizza and garlic roasted cheese sticks, kind of plain tasting I would just get the regular cheesesticks next time.

FIRST I CALLED A MAN he told me BEFORE I EVEN ORDERED ITS A 30 MINUTE WAIT. I STAtED THAT'S FINE. I EXPLAINED MY COUPON HE stATED I CANT DO THOSE YOU WOULD HAVE TO use THOSE ONLINE ........WTF!!!! I have a coupon it clearly says USE AT ONE OF OUR PIZZA HUT LOCATIONS. IM DONE WITH CENTERPOINT!!!!! His customer service was all off if you didn't want to take my order than clock out and go home

Pizza was cold an the cheese in the crust was not melted, the pepperoni was over cooked till it was crumbling to the touch. The pizza was burned an was not cut correctly. More sause than cheese. Cmon pizza hut get it together
Amazing customer service from Amy! I walked in had a seat because there was a long line of already placed orders. She noticed that I had not placed my order and helped me almost immediately! She handled everyone with care even though there was a line out of the door! Such a gracious experience! Thank you!

Every time I come in and ask you a friendly face I wish I knew the lady name but she is so friendly every time I go in there I DoorDash sometimes in there and she was so sweet by giving me a DoorDash bag. I love this location.
