I received undercooked food and when I called the number on the receipt I was told that even though they couldn't get in touch with the store they would remake my order free of charge. On both Google and their website it stays that they close at 11:30 pm. I returned to the store at 11 pm and was told the store closed at 10 and they didn't even make my order. I requested a refund but they refused to give me one and just told me to come in the morning. One of the workers had a nasty attitude about it as well like I was inconveniencing her by trying to return uncooked food. At the end of this ordeal I have uncooked food and absolutely no refund or resolution. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE. Very unprofessional employees.

My husband and absolutely love Pizza Hut. I recently had an order that was not fulfilled but when I did that review the owner reached out and was completely helpful. I really appreciate the way they show appreciation to their customers. Because I am currently 8 months pregnant and love's pizza it great to have this location near us for easy pick up. Thank you Pizza Hut and Team for your hard word. And I want to give a special feedback to Mr. Tony, at this location. He really went above and beyond with our order of pizzas. Thank you!!

I ordered and usually it's great but this time I don't know what happened my food was messy and unappealing. They even put my cheese sticks and the cinnamon sticks in the same box.

Great pizza (tastes like the original Pizza Hut from back in the day) and the BEST customer service when Debbie is there. Debbie always seems to go the extra mile for customers and have a positive, friendly attitude. Also, at night there’s usually a couple of policemen in the parking lot for safety.

I ordered a large super supreme and a medium bbq brisket pizza for delivery. When it arrived, the bbq brisket pizza was burned. I called to tell them and I was told they would refix it but I had to bring it to them. I just paid 4.99 for you to DELIVER the pizzas. The manager (who said that was the rule and would not give me his name) went further to say he did not have a number to the corporate office after I requested it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and quality of food to the medium pizza. I wish I could share pictures 😡 My total spent was $47.16 and that will be the last they EVER get from me. PISSED TO SAY THE LEAST

Whoever is making the pizza today did an amazing job!!! It reminds me of how Pizza Hut tasted in the 90s. The cook deserves a raise. Definitely will be ordering again

Ordered my pizza online and it was ready when I got there. The lobby was full of people waiting for their orders and they were telling people that they weren’t taking anymore new orders at the time, which was weird. But I was able to walk in and out since I ordered ahead. I must say, whoever is in the kitchen tonight made the best pizza I have ever tasted!! Both my pizzas were DELICIOUS and I came to do a review just to say that! Great Job!!!

I normally don’t have any issues but I won’t be spending my money at this location again. Some of the food was burnt, I didn’t receive everything I paid for and the caucasian male employee covered in tattoos was very rude.
OK, I ordered two medium specialty pizzas And I ordered One of the pizzas with extra cheese it was a carryout order when my son picked it up and I got it. I noticed that I didn’t receive extra cheese on the the pizza that I ordered it on so I called the restaurant and I told them my concerns that I did not get the extra cheese on my pizza well guy argue with me and say yes I did. I was like no I did not. How can you tell me? I would not be calling if I have received the extra cheese on the pizza so he said what do you want me to do for you ma’am I can give you a two dollar credit on your Niece order and I said what can I do with two dollars yeah I don’t have anything for two dollars and he said he’s gonna be a half a cup of cheese either way I’m like no I do not want a two dollar credit. I want you to remake my pizza with extra cheese on it and he had the Most nasty attitude because they got it wrong not me and he refused to remake the pizza. He told me to bring it in so he can refund me which it’s an inconvenience because my car is not here and I was very hungry and upset His name was Tony and he claimed he’s a store manager Do not need to be with the attitude like that not good at serving customers at all refused to give his last name and I found out that they just became their own franchise yesterday so this maybe why he have a nasty attitude made me very upset. I will just order my pizzas from another Pizza Hut from now on which is the inconvenience because this is close by me. People got to do better when it comes to other people paying for their food
The food was good had a pizza and garlic roasted cheese sticks, kind of plain tasting I would just get the regular cheesesticks next time.
