Got to finally take order stood there for about 20 min ask what was on special she acted like she didn't want to take my order but finally I got large with 3 toppings got home it was a thin crust with 3toppings bottom was really not done it was dough white and greasy!!!!

I ordered a pie from store Pizza Hut 1036, 2145 Bessemer Rd. In Birmingham to be delivered to my nearby hotel room. Pizza was to be delivered at 5:22pm on the 9th of December. I get a notification that my pizza will be delivered by doordash..I didn't order from doordash, I ordered from Pizza Hut. Had I wanted to do business with doordash, I would have ordered from doordash. At 5:16 I get a request to cancel my order from the dd driver because the employee dropped the pizza. I told him to cancel on his end so the order can be reassigned. I get a call from a second driver saying the store doesn't have my order in their system. He says the first driver must have taken the pizza and canceled the delivery. The store says they don't have have my order in the system. Then, my order gets canceled. I call the store and talk to the manager on duty, Spanikee Mickles, who says I need to take it up with Doordash. When I tell her I didn't order from doordash, she hangs up on me. Two call backs go unanswered. So at 6:30 I drive to the store and still get no resolution. The manager was completely rude, unsympathetic and unhelpful. Total; not my problem, you figure it out; attitude. She provided no resolution or guidance on how to achieve resolution. Not anything resembling customer service. Hanging up on a paying customer alone should be grounds for dismissal.

I’m so pissed . They never get my pizza right . Got all the way home & noticed someone put bbq sauce on my pizza instead of regular tomato sauce . This is gross . They rude as well

I was lucky i even got my food. Waited almost an hour for fries, melt, and drink?? Standing at the register the workers just kept walking around me and not handing me my food. Incompetent workers. Eat here if you like waiting forever.

Ordered a melt and 12 piece bone-in wings. Melt came with too much cheese and about 5 pepperoni. Wings taste like fish. Dough seemed old on the melt/their coolers/freezer not working properly. Very rude management. Doors never open, always a line around the building and out to the main road. Very sad, workers are illiterate ?

If I could rate this place NO stars I wouldn't leave this rachet place a single star. I place a carry out order online and went to pick it up and sat for over an hour then get my pizza and get it home and open it, it is COLD, BRICK HARD, BURNT AND DRY!!!??COMPLETELY unedible and not fit to eat!!!. So I go back to return it and ask for a refund and first the girl at the window has an attitude then goes and get the dude that fixed the pizza. Dude became very argumentative and going on and on about how I did sit in his drive thru no 2 hrs in which I did sit there for over an hour. Then he says he will remake the pizza and I'd have to wait an additional 30 minutes and I told him NO I want a refund because I didn't know what he might do to my food and he kinda smirked and said "well u don't ".... Don't order NOTHING from this place!!! They kept the dried our burnt pizza AND did NOT refund my money. I will be going straight to corporate and reporting it to them. That place needs to be shut down at the very least???
Very rude manager. Went on two separate occasions and he said he didn't have an order in my name. Showed him the email and the pizza was there. Although, the lobby was open when I went in and he made the comment how yall get in here gotta be more careful and where are my keys. I felt so bad the way I was treated. Like he didn't want me there. I will never shop here again. Very awful service
