Pizza Hut

10 out of 10!!! I called at 7:40 or so on Christmas Eve and placed an order. It was last-minute, but I thought my friend had already ordered the pizza. The guy who answered the phone was very polite and took my order, and didn’t rush me due to them closing in a few minutes. Thank you so much, Valleydale Pizza Hut!

I would like to shout out whoever worked the hours between 3-4 yesterday and to whoever made my food thank you‼️ it was delicious. Everything was correct and fresh I was having problems with the app to change a few things but I called and they fixed the problem for me. I been eating pizza hut sense I was a little girl and yall haven't disappoint me yet

I’ll say the food cooked right and no issue with the food. My issue is the customer service (or lack of.) the guy in the video was busy talking on his phone the whole time I was there. I stood at the counter for a few and he never acknowledged me. Finally he looks at me while talking on his AirPod and says “what you need”?

Everything from the way he’s dressed, to lack of customer service, to his personality represents your company badly. I realize these days it’s hard to get good employees, but there must be some kind of standard and dress code.

I made a mistake with my pizza order and Kelvin Went out of his way to fix my mistake. Really recommend this place.

I preordered two pizzas for my students birthday. It was supposed to be a surprise for her and PIZZA HUT almost ruined a 9 year old girls birthday by not making the pizza. They never made it!!! Salvatore’s saved the day! Whoever the GM is at this location needs to be fired!!!!! Immediately! No one came to work!! TRASH TRASH TRASH TRASH TRASH!!!!! Close this location down NOW!

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Straight up garbage. I had to put my pizza in the oven as soon as I got home but at that point it was already ruined. Might I mention that my pizza was ordered well done? Garbage. Order from anywhere else.

We have never eaten at this Pizza Hut before but we did today for lunch. The pizza was delicious 😋 Staff was very friendly and quick to take our order and we got our pizza FAST!!! The inside was very clean and nice atmosphere. Thank you all so much!!!
