I made a mistake on the delivery date for my order, but these good people corrected it for me. This pizza was the best pizza we have had in many years!! Plus, their prices are so reasonable. Pizza Hut is our new go-to for pizza!!! Thanks for everything! Patsy G.

Even though it was not real far from closing time, I still got great service and smiles on faces. I'll get over it that you don't have anchovies.

Ms. Rebecca is the best she was very polite and handled my situation with care give her a raise. Couldn’t have been satisfied more with her actions great attitude all around couldn’t be topped. She the best worker there compared to the others. Ask for her going in.

I spoke with the customer service and he had no concern what do ever, he actually hug up on me while I was still talking. I spent 30 dollars for a four slice pizza and six traditional wings. I find that to be unbelievable. I will not order here again, the driver was a female instead of the guy Joshua. Even when I called the store I was in hold for a lil minute.

The past three times I have ordered pizza here it has came to me undercooked. It’s like the cheese is barely melted.

Skinny blonde haired kid disrespected me as soon as I walked in. Needs to be fired.

We ordered ahead of time and the pizza was not ready. I waited close to 15 min and still not ready. The staff was trying to work with an overwhelming monsoon of orders. At one point, they said that they ran out of dough!! After that, I left… without my pizza
**BY FAR, THE WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN**
It truly breaks my heart to have to leave such a bad review to one of my childhood super-heroes, aka Pizza-Hut. However, these days they truly have become the ultimate pizza villain. How is this company still in business, better yet, WHY?!! Anyways, I ordered a large meat lover’s (classic 90’s gourmet pie), during the Super Bowl last night. I arrived after having to abort an order at a nearby papa John’s (wait time extended over an hour for carry out). Nevertheless, I was greeted in a friendly manner, my order was taken, and I had my 25 minute wait time given to me. My first alarm sounded when I realized it did not smell very good in there. Smelled like old mop water instead of delicious food cooking. Matter of fact, there was not a delicious food cooking smell to be had in there. After a bit longer of a wait, closer to 45 minutes, I was finally leaving with a pizza. I did not even look at it, I told myself, whatever is in that box is getting eaten. This was actually my survival instincts taking over after having invested more than 2 hours on a single pizza on this particular night. Duly noted, I have pizza maybe twice a year from Marco’s (which all of them have ironically closed). I should’ve checked that pizza at the store. I got home, starved out, and with high-hopes, peeled the lid off of what I just knew was going to take me back to one of my favorite childhood experiences. I was wrong…oh how I was wrong…this pizza looked awful. I tried to pull a slice out of the box, however, the crust/dough, would not allow such an ez task. This dough had the integrity of a wet napkin. As I wrangled this slice, now with 2 hands, toppings and cheese were sliding off and bouncing everywhere. I tried to salvage 2 pieces at a time in the air-fryer, but all this did was burn the cheese and expel grease from everything. My God this was an absolute grease-fest By the way. Whatever, I’m starving, it’s Super Bowl Sunday, and by God I’m going to attempt to enjoy this pile of trash pizza I just actually paid money for. 1st bite- no lie, I swear I tasted axle grease or something similar. The entire middle of the pie tasted this way. The toppings were disgusting. They taste like there are so many preservatives and sodium, that the meats would never naturally decompose, even in ideal conditions. The sauce tasted soured, the ham, I singled out to be one of the main foul tasting culprits. I somehow forced myself to eat half of this monstrosity, regretting every single bite. I was beyond the whole return & refund scenario. I wanted nothing more than to wipe this memory from my existence as I immediately walked the leftovers to our apartment’s dumpster. I will never, ever, never, ever, attempt to eat anything other than Marco’s or frozen pizza EVER AGAIN!!!
