This is the worst brick and mortar Pizza Hut store in Birmingham, very slow working environment, the male and female managers don’t do nothing stand around saying “your order will be ready soon” which means give me an hr to realize we haven’t done nothing all day then I’ll start on your order! Horrible store

I ordered delivery for lunch and received an order that wasn’t mine. Jacob, my delivery driver gave my order to some random person and documented that he gave it to me. The order I received cost $15 less than what I ordered. When I reached out to them they told me it was nothing they could do and I should file a complaint online. Needless to say I’ll never order from them again.
