Store very clean. Associate/ Manager Alicia had a terrible attitude was sitting around on phone without helping customers. Unprofessional and unacceptable profanity used with customers cameras from workplace should be reviewed

Not one to usually complain but today was ridiculous.I ordered my personal pan pizza at 11:39 (because it usually takes awhile anyways). Went to the store by 12:30. Stood in line until 1:05. The things I saw while standing in line was…. No communication, no leadership, and no organization. I walked into chaos. The manager was rude from the get go stating to customers he would not give refunds and turning his back around and not caring about his staff or customers. I understand he was working but managing the situation would have been more understandable in that moment. The guys making pizza’s wore NO GLOVES what so ever, one of the pizzas makers stood over there and made remarks about the customers who had an attitude about waiting over an hour for their pizza.I understand they are only making pizzas/ food and the scene is frustrating them but at this point it is out of line. The girl at the front desk was cussed out and still held her composure, which in its self is appreciated. She also was attempting to bring some organization to this chaos. Her other staff members did nothing to help her. I understand it was busy but maybe someone to give direction during the chaos would ultimately benefit what happened today. It was sad to watch and even more frustrating to endure.

Placed my order online at 1:53pm. Estimated delivery was 2:28pm. At 3:00pm I attempted to check on the order. No qas answering the phone. Finally got Pizza Hut to answer the phone at 3:51pm. I canceled my order.

I preordered pizza for my child’s school party to be delivered at 1pm by 1:45pm the school called and stated the pizza still had not been delivered when I called the location that I ordered the pizza (which is the downtown Birmingham location) a lady answered the phone with an attitude and when I complained about my pizza not being ready she hung the phone up in my face I called back and asked to speak to a manager the same lady answered the phone and hung up in my face answered and stated she was the manager and she would cancel my order because she didn’t like the way I spoke to her. She was very unprofessional and argumentative. She hung up in my face again and would not answer my calls. Which was fine. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

I saw the bad reviews but personally I think this place sells decent pizza, which is good because most American pizza chains are selling the worst quality stuff nowadays.

If I could’ve give this place zero stars I definitely would! I did an online order and when I arrived the door was locked I stood in the cold for 10 minutes banging on the door trying to get the attention of 3 associates in the front! (They definitely saw me we made eye contact). When someone finally came to the door she was beyond RUDE . She told me they couldn’t full fill my order because they were out of pizza dough. So I politely asked could I receive the other parts of my order (it was three 8 piece wings) she RUDELY stated “we closed and everything off” … I definitely understand people wanting to go home to there families because of the weather I just fill like I could have been notified before driving 20 minutes that they couldn’t do my order.

5th Ave S Birmingham AL location was very unprofessional and unclean! I placed my order ahead of time on line! I get to the store to pick up and there’s only two workers. That I seen and remind you it’s 11:30 right before noon! It’s lunch hours! No one greeted me nor the other five customers in line behind me! The store was a mess! It was filthy in the store! I placed my order at 10:30 thinking it would be ready when I arrived but it wasn’t! I stood there 15 minutes with no eta on when it would! The cashier never turned around to ask me what I needed or anything! Very unprofessional and disappointing! I’m just glad I chose to pay in store instead of online! I will not be returning to this location ever! Very unsatisfied customer!!!!!
