I ordered a couple of the flatts and scheduled it to be picked up at 4:15. I arrived a few minutes before time and a young lady greeted me and let me know it’d be a few more minutes.
The food was ready on time and the employee was pleasant.

These pizzas should have never been served you should have remade them ... The thin crust is missing part of the slice of pizza towards the center and The original hand toss the cheese didn't melt towards the middle and the pizza dough is not fully cooked toward the middle and all the cheese was shifted to one side because after putting them in the box it's obvious you put it on a shelf at an angle

Had t ha PH in over 10 years. Mom wanted it today so I picked up a Supreme and a Meat Lovers. Placed the order online and picked it up within 20 minutes.

Pizza crust could be cripier
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt it was important to speak up after my recent visit. While the food was fine, I was really disappointed by how one of the older staff members spoke to a younger worker in front of customers. The girl at the front seemed overwhelmed. She was handling a phone order while several people were in line. Instead of stepping in to help, the older woman spoke to her in a rude and disrespectful tone, which made the situation worse.
It was uncomfortable to witness, and I can only imagine how she might be spoken to when no one is watching. Young workers deserve respect and support, especially when they’re doing their best under pressure. It would be much more productive and professional if the more experienced staff helped instead of criticized.
I hope management sees this and takes steps to foster a more supportive work environment. It really does affect the customer experience.
I am a DoorDash driver and I visited this location to pick up a DoorDash order. They had me sitting there knowing I was waiting for a pickup. The order was sitting in the fridge and I was waiting for it for a long time. The light skin black girl was laughing like it was a joke that was I waiting while it was sitting in the fridge. This location is on the do not pickup list for me . The customer service is horrible .
