Order with Uber, the drivers wait at store. After 4 🔥 sauce when I asked on the side, they got one right when I called. They said they didn't have honey BBQ, menu says yes..but back to messing up, I called and asked for sauce on side...arrives about well over hour away. Sauce is soaked ...my son can't eat it Uber ignores so 6/7 orders wrong. And it's not cheap $30 PP pizza, wings we can eat , again, cinnamon rolls drinks, etc ...im so angry, then they don't answer when I call back.

First time trying- a last minute Saturday night order was easy on the website, ready surprisingly fast, hot and delish! A good price for a large 3-topping as well! Will definitely try again- thanks Pizza Hut!

Spend your money elsewhere. Worst store we ever ordered from. You don’t even get food. Just charge your card. Don’t show up even after 3 calls. And them saying there coming. They say guess you will have to pick it up. Wtf.

If I could place a “0” as my rating I would. This is our second attempt to order from this Pizza Hut. Both experiences have been $?&@. We ordered pizza for our son’s bday today and 2 hours after placing the order and receiving nothing we made some calls. At least 5x we reached the store and were hung up on after being told “hold on one minute, let me check”. We did not receive a refund nor our order. Now the store is closed and we are scrapping together a late dinner for our kids. We will never use this Pizza Hut again for anything.

The cashier was clearly high off of something and was in a one person argument/fight by herself she was throwing pans and banging her body all over the place back there fighting with the kitchen and kitchen won just sad !!!

Finally redeemed some points for a free one! So excited until I got my pizza... ordered a super supreme with mushrooms on the left half with olives and banana peppers on the right half. I got no mushrooms at all and olives on the whole pizza ?

I get more drama at pizza hut than on my own TV. My food was cold and left out on the counter. My order finish longer than they promise. Staff are cussing and fighting with each other. Employees are on the phone and no one is wearing any gloves at all. Garbage on the floor in the kitchen. The crazy part of this is you can see everything in the kitchen because theres an opening by the front desk to the kitchen. I strongly suggested ordering from somewhere else. There was a gentleman who was there for awhile as well. I saw six people that's been waiting for awhile like myself. Some lady talking about she going to call Sharon someone like that and she the one that's starting the whole thing lol. They offer me a drink bc my order was supper late and they still have not made it. Like a drink is going to do anything for me lol.

Absolutely horrible service. Call center was unhelpful and the guy at the store who answered was high off their butt. Absolutely terrible service and made us wait nearly two hours and multiple calls before they even told us the store had CLOSED.

My pizza was hot and delicious. Breanna waited on me, and she's lovely. I like Pizza Hut because it reminds me of my childhood. It was where we went for pizza all the time, and they never disappoint.

Placed an order online. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes, and I waited in the store for 45 minutes! I regret tipping! Will never order from this location again!
