I ordered 2 medium specialty pizzas at 8:43 p.m online as was emailed that my order would be ready at 9:15. I pull up to the drive thru window at 9:30 and was told I had a five minute wait on one of my pizzas with no explanation as to why it was late only to wait 8 minutes again with nothing but a sorry. I paid for my pizzas online, why did it take so long??? Just wondering

So on 8-18-2020 @7:00 pm called in, a male answered! I ask are there any specials on any one pizza? The male responses:” NO, WE JUST GOT THE 2 large for $20!” I say “ok, well let me....! “ The male hang-up!! I call back in: “Sir, you hang up on me, do I need to give my info again!” He replies: “yes, cause I deleted you! “ I give my number and place order form one pizza! He replies: “IS THAT ALL? “ And hang up! When my husband arrived at Pizza Hut, there was no order in the system at all! The employees laugh and say you want to place a new order!! ITS A HELL NAW FOR US! Customer service is what is losing with this place every time I go there! Went to Papa John and got the Pizza cheaper and better service!!!

Called 3 times back to back to back. Put on hold for ten minutes each time. 30 minutes total on hold. Never got to place an order. Didn’t even pick up the line to see if I was still there or to say sorry for the wait. Called papa johns. Placed order on first call.

This will be my final visit to this location. This is the 3rd time something was wrong with my pizza . I received two burnt personal pan pizzas. If you know you wouldn’t want a burnt pizza don’t sell it to a customer.

The pizza crust was not cooked long enough and the toppings were just thrown on top no cheese and would not stay on the crust. Then they forgot my black olives. It was aweful! I said super Supreme. Nasty attitude from workers and don't try calling you'll be on hold forever. I was put on hold for over 30 mins before I hung up and ordered online. Very disappointed.

Forestdale pizza could be better. I cant understand why it has a different taste to it. Tried at least 3 times to compare to Gardendale and Greensprings location. The difference is weird

The workers didn't wear gloves while handling food. They would be on the cash register one minute then handling food the next. No hand washing or gloves anywhere in sight.

My order is never correct and they do not provide good customer service. I always ask for extra sauce on my pizza and I never get it. My last order had too much cheese.

I normally don't give a restaurant a bad review but please do not order anything from Pizza Hut Forestdale Alabama.I order online and I still had to wait 20 more minutes for one pizza that they gave away after that I went in no manager came to front to apologize. What he going to do was gave me half credit on one pizza instead of gave me credit for both. What was the point of ordering online and my order still wasn't ready. I ask for corporate number they told me that they did not have it. I got no receipt I ask for my money back I been a loyal customer I will not order nothing else from this Pizza Hut.
