I want to say I have been going to this Pizza Hut for almost two and a half years I've always got decent service this lady did not know what I was going through not once that she has to take or get upset or get impatient with me she said okay here you go it's okay Don't worry come from around the corner and gave me a hug she had not a clue what I had been going through or what I have been going through they need to hire more employees like this

I ordered a med pizza with extra pepperoni, extra cheese and beef. I receive the pizza with no pepperoni at all, looked like no extra cheese either.I call to complain and another pizza was send out but it had no extra pepperoni or extra cheese. Order was for 1 medium pizza,2 toppings, 4 sodas plus tax and tip came to $31.79. I will never order from this location again.Someone really dropped the ball on this order.. I regret my tip now.

I came in on a late night to pick up a DoorDash order and was greeted graciously by Ms. Latoya and noticed that there was what seemed to be some inner turmoil within the store. What followed next was a great exchange from Ms. Latoya and some of the employees showing that she genuinely cared about them as people, which is quite rare to see today!

Come earlier for delivery time given. In toomuch of hurry. Dont ck order. Didnt get right pizza. Opened drink and took drink out of it. Managers good and nice. Have serious problems with delivery people..

The hours online and the hours posted up at the store are two separate times which causes people to drive up their just for them to tell u with an attitude they can’t take anymore order because they are closing in 15 minutes it’s a shame I was under the impression they closed for another hour and a half pffftt fix your hours online or either honor them!!!

This location really shocked me. I've orderfrom here at least 10 times since moving back to Birmingham and the pizza is on point and hot and fresh. They seem to really care about the quality of food they send out and that's new to me because back in the day Pizza Hut could care less but this specific location is the only one I'm going to and they are helpful and have good attitudes . Will definitely be ordering from here again and again. Update 02/29/2024 maybe I spoke to soon I guess if you're not spending over 20.00 they don't care about your order or if you want to pay for extra anything like I just wanted a cup of marinara sauce and I told the lady there let me go check to see if I had some change and I didn't. So I went back in to just use my card but was ignored for 5 minutes then when I got back in my truck a dusty dude walked to the front then ran in the back walked back in the store calling them so I could purchase but still ignored. Sad to say guess they were to busy having a conversation about nothing in the back to take care of a repeat customer SMH ? just pathetic
I gave 4 stars because my order was hot and delivered fast. I took off a star because they forgot my toppings on my pizza. Overall my children enjoyed their dinner but it would have been better to have the pepperoni and sausage that was suppose to be on the pizza other than just cheese.
Man small place very small but the service completely made up for it. Try em out you'll thank me!!

Every time I order from here, I given the best looking and tasting pizzas I’ve ever gotten from Pizza Hut. Toppings to slice ratio is on point every time ( I definitely don’t order extra toppings). This is definitely my go to Pizza Hut.
