The food is great, it's just that the service is wrong. Me and my mom went to Pollo Lucas yesterday, and we were waiting for a long time for our food so we can leave. My mom asked the lady behind the counter and she said it isn't ready yet, but yet she would give the person who ordered before us there food when we had to wait until 2:00 to get ours. Not only that, but they will sometimes get our order wrong. Like we order two large cups of rice and beans and we got two small back. Still love it though. ?
