Pulled to the speaker to order and was greeted by the worker’s choice of music. There was no sign nor did anyone instruct us to pull to window.I decided to go in as I truly wanted Popeyes. As I got to the door, I held it open for an employee, seemingly the manager judging from her uniform. She had a large bag of food and told me the inside was closed. There was another employee behind her who added “and we don’t have any chicken we only have nuggets.”I said ok thank you and left.Terrible visit.

Pull up to the intercom and see a sign saying to order at the window. So I pull around the lady never greets me just stands there looking at me for a few minutes so I start to order the lady says we ain't got no chicken....so I wait a minute she does t say anything else so I ask if they have any fish or shrimp or anything she says no.....terrible experience here won't go to this Popeyes location ever again

This location has the best chicken to me. The Staff are always pleasant and courteous. From the managers to the cashier's. They always have a smile on their face. What I do not like is how this location is not well maintained. This restaurant is one of the only one in it's neighborhood. The owners neglect it. We ask corporate for upgrades and fixtures. But the only thing that is being done is higher costing food and less quantity. The staff are doing the best they can to show a united front and we appreciate them for that. We the community are not tearing up our store, it is non-locals that keep coming through. We values this location very much. We would like to see more cameras, lightening, drive through menu board, cleaned parking lot, and more support for the staff. They are doing the best they can. We see them try very hard to maintain the store brand and image. It is not fair to them, it affects his and her morale. They have ordered the store to be cleaned professionally and it has not, they have requested food orders, those are late, training materials and better upline support. Big Business want the money, but CUSTOMER SERVICE Trumps THAT! This are people who live and work in our community and we stand behind them. CORPORATE CAN DO BETTER AND STOP REDLINING. I drive from across town to come to this location that should tell you my LOYALTY TO the awesome staff, and the location! Treat your employees better than this. Thank You!

Don't be fooled by the pictures. Absolutely TRASH!! Everyone in there looked sweaty and was not friendly. Manager yelled we only have spicy so they gonna have to eat it. Ghetto!!

Got to the intercom an they told me to pull forward,and I ordered at the window. Ordered a half spicy half mild 12 piece family meal which comes with 2 large sides and biscuits.i didnt receive any biscuits,my red beans had writing on it that said they were supposed to be discarded 2 hours before I received them.i received only mild chicken,and instead of 3 thighs and 3 breast I received 1 thigh and 5 breast (which no one asked or told me about).my other side was fries,which they weren't even halfway full.they were also out of all the sauces except 3 sauces.i would have got them to fix my order but I didn't check my order until I got home which was 35 mins away. I should have drove the extra 5 mins away and went to the other Popeyes.

They don't deserve a star. Went to drive thru no one took my order or said anything. Drive around giving them a 2nd chance. 3 car in line finally some come out and states " it not working come in side, cash only"All of the Popeyes in Birmingham suck!

Made an all-white 2 piece order and paid extra for 2 breasts got home to eat and it was a breast and a wing wouldn't make a difference but they charge me extra so I expected the order to be right??? Sad!

ordered on line, paid online, went to pick it up , they said they had no chicken tenders, offered no replacement options and NOOOOOOOOOOO refund. Told me to figure it out on my own.

The inside is locked off to the public, because it is open to children and young boys coming in and going out as they wish. While the customers go and then have to wait 5 minutes at the intercom, just to be told to just drive around.This is by far the worst Popeye's ever, I guess because it's in the hood, they cater to the hood only.A shame that ever time I come here, the faces change only, but the same ole ghetto instances, never change.

On 5/16/23 about 530pm I went through the drive thru and wait 10 minutes before the person took my order and halfway thru the 10 minutes I said hello she said ma'am I said give me a minute. I couldn't get chicken because there was a 20 minute wait. I couldn't get a individual box be there was no chicken. I got the surf and turf but couldn't get regular chicken tender but she didn't have regular only spicy. Then when I got to the window my order was 6.50 I gave her my card she couldn't take cards because the machine didn't work! This joint is raggedy. So l had 5.00 and change she offered to take the diet coke off I told her no and she end up letting me pay 5.40 in cash I don't know who running this joint but yall need to close down. There were all types of questionable guys walking around the bldg.

Line wrapped around the building but staff very friendly. Drive thru traps you in with no escape. Wait times RIDICULOUS but could not leave once I got in the line.

The talk machine doesn't work. I pulled up to the window and I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me that their machines were broken. This location has always been slow and rude. Please consider someplace else.

When I pulled up to the drive thru the intercom system was busted set there for 5 minutes and then drove around to the window where I asked the employee if there was a problem and he told me that they're intercom system is busted. When I placed an order for eight piece spicy chicken they told me they had no sides. Then the top it off upon paying for my meal with the credit card I asked for receipt to which they said the receipt machine was broke and was able to get a picture of the purchase. I don't understand why this place is so run down when there were two cars in front of me and three cars behind me. Since I'm just coming through I will make a note the next time I come through not to stop there and to look elsewhere.
