Cashier was horrible she had a attitude out of this world she was extremely dry at the window and the speaker she’s actually gave me my food in the box no bag I had to ask for the bag to put my food in and the soda cup was leaking diet drink down the side smh yall need to hire better people that actually want to work this has been the worse I ever experienced out of all fast food chains 3/16/24@5:15pm

Why are all Popeyes chicken joints in the Birmingham area horrible. They all serve cold food, hard non buttery biscuits, cold chicken, employees all of them are ghetto, hood, ratchet, thugged out, smoke weed on the porch if the restaurant, clothes nasty, hair looks nasty, ignorant, no professionalism, horrible customer service, pitiful etc. ALLLLLL OF THE POPEYES IN THE BIRMINGHAM LOCATIONS. If the owners would just hire professional white (AND IM BLACK ALLLLLL THE WAY BLACK) managers to run their stores and hire black and white people that are humble and professional like chic fil a, have very strict rule and absolutely do not hire ignorants, Popeyes will be great!!! Please stop letting these black folk run your business, black folk run down and tear up your business just like they do the neighborhoods. I guess yall don't care because they're not in ya'll community and black folk love chicken (the stereotype) and yall making enough money. But imagine the revenue yall will make, 10 times more if you got those jokers out of your establishment.
