Food was ok. Their cashier was funny when asked for a wet paper towel she stated she doesn't have time. I'm holding up her line . Wow good customer service now days is something else. How she thinks she has a job. It's bcuz of customers.

WOW! The staff was absolutely amazing and absolutely had some of the best customer service we’ve EVER experienced. The lady that helped us on the drive through speaker helped us change our order to the same food but for around $5 less than we were going to spend for the group! Chick-fil-A level service!!!!

Although I love Popeyes chicken this restaurant location, needs help. There were only two employees working and there were a lot of upset and angry customers. My wife was a door washer and not only waited for 15 minutes for one order but was shorted the tip and received a bad review. Totally not her fault. My two year old daughter was waiting in the car with me and my wife couldn't even get food for us. We went to a different chicken store.

Our recent visit to Popeyes was unfortunately disappointing from the moment we walked in. There were no napkins, no utensils, no sauces, and not even Coke available, which made enjoying the meal difficult before we even started. On top of that, the food took an extremely long time to come out, and it was clear the location was struggling to keep up.

The one bright spot—and truly the only ray of hope—was a worker named Jessica. She was doing everything she possibly could on her own, hustling between the register, the lobby, and the kitchen to take care of everyone in the restaurant. Her attitude, effort, and kindness were the saving grace of the visit. If this location turns things around, it will be because of employees like her.

With some improvements in staffing, organization, and basic supplies, this location could be much better. For now, Jessica is the reason this review isn’t lower.

I've been to this Popeyes twice, both times had issues. Got my order wrong and had to go back and go inside to correct. People were very friendly and apologized. Second time, drive through had 3 cars. Very slow ordering, over 5 minutes before I got to places order. The woman adked me to wait. Waited another 5 minutes before I inquired about placing order. When I placed the order they were out of what I wanted so left without purchasing anything.
New restaurant and either have inventory problems or staffing issues. I love Popeyes but these two experiences left me disappointed.

Just don’t do it! If you do, at least do the drive through so you’re in the peace of your own car while you wait for 45 minutes. Seriously every time we go we think it can’t be worse and it is!

Well now, I have no idea why someone rated this location so low unless it was out of revenge? Actually I have NEVER been in a Popeyes in my life and I am ancient lol...I was having service work done at Firestone next door and since I had time to hang I got hungry and decided to give it a FIRST TRY EVER, And, with that said had no idea what to expect but figured I would compare it to all the other fast food restaurants. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries combo and needed a little assistance with the order screen and the cashier was quick to help and worked it out quickly for me. The order came out quick even though it was busy at the time so that was a good start. Actually, enjoyed the chicken tenders a lot and the Cajun seasoned fries did not disappoint either and no I did not try to smother the flavor with ketchup lol...ate them with nothing on them and must say oh so yummy!! Atmosphere was typical fast food but ultra clean at the table area I was at and the lighting and outside light was bright and cheerful. So, to all the employees at this location? JOB WELL DONE for me on this day anyway. I would give you all a raise lol....and yes I would go back for seconds some time when I am in a hurry and need a chicken fix!!

This is the very worst fast food outlet in the US! People wait up to an hour for orders, orders are wrong—food is missing in orders. The manager yells at customers if they say anything! No cats in the parking lot/not surprised! The employees sit around on the counter tops-their buts are rubbing on the counters where the food is!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited 15 minutes in line to place an order. When the young lady finally asked for my order, she never responded—no confirmation, no total, not even a “pull around.” She simply left and never came back. Meanwhile, I watched her take another car’s order in the first lane and complete it without issue although they still sat there and waited about 10 minutes.

This is unacceptable. The drive-thru employee completely forgot about me mid-order, leaving me sitting there with no resolution.

**Message to the Owner:**
With service like this, your restaurant on 280 won’t last. All the money invested will go to waste if you don’t address these issues immediately. I work with businesses every day, and I’ve seen plenty come and go. Without serious improvement, you’ll find yourself out of business sooner rather than later.
