This is the best coffee place in Birmingham. The coffee is incredible. Everyone who works there is enthusiastic but not pushy about it. It’s not unapproachable. You don’t have to be a coffee snob to go in there but the coffee is snob-level good.

Took me 15 minutes just to find a parking spot lol. Very sweet baristas. Love all the natural light. Needed somewhere to work on my laptop for a little bit. They have charging ports for your devices and decently fair prices. I didn’t care for my cold brew as much as others I’ve had. I really liked that they had freshly made parfaits and green smoothies available. Hard to find a green smoothie without a ton of sugar!

I really enjoy the coffee here. Prevail is known in Alabama as a great company. I have never been disappointed by Prevail at any of the locations I have visited. The service at this particular shop is exceptional. Those working behind the bar are friendly and kind. The vibe of this particular shop is a little corporate and stale given the building it is in, but the service and coffee is top notch.

Decent coffee spot when you need something quick. More expensive than most coffee/bakery spots however the ambiance is nice. Overall rating for my items purchased this day 3/5 I had their chai tea and I believe a blueberry scone. I'd definitely give them another try.

They have made my oat milk latte with dairy milk twice. Not worth going if I feel like I have to watch the barista to make sure they don't mess up my drink, since I can't have dairy milk, especially for $7. Seriously sucks because the location is very convenient for me.

Downtown Coffee shops can be hit and miss…sometimes decent, sometimes just serving caffeine with little character or quality.Prevail Union steps up the game by bringing incredible flavor and roasty goodness, right in the middle of glass and steel. Granted this is Bham and not NYC, but citified is citified. Prevail Bham is the real deal. Not as cool as their Montgomery downtown location, but the vibe here fits and the Americano I had was perfect.
