Dude…
This is easily in the top 5 coffee shops I’ve ever visited. Tim is a barista’s barista, pleasant to talk to, knows his craft and ready to share his excitement about coffee. The espresso was delicious, smooth, fragrant, sweet, not overly acidic or bitter. The other drinks celebrate the coffee without distracting from it, something I don’t see nearly as often as I’d like.
The shop itself is a welcoming space, lots of natural light, comfortable environment. Great vibe all the way around.
Prices are absolutely fair considering the quality of service and product I received. I’m absolutely coming back ASAP.

A pleasant and inviting local coffee shop. The pastries are always fresh, and the coffee is consistently smooth and well-balanced. It's a terrific place to spend time alone or catch up with friends because of the laid-back ambiance and friendly personnel.

My husband liked his black coffee, but my $8.15 butterscotch latte tasted like just coffee with cream, no hint of butterscotch flavor or any sweetness. People inside were nice, but it was way too expensive for a lackluster product. My husband tried mine and didn’t even realize it was supposed to be flavored because it lacked butterscotch flavor. Stick with the straight bean juice here, don’t shell out for the speciality drinks.
Cold, weak coffee that was waay overpriced. The person that served me was nice enough, but couldn't overcome how bad this core product was.

Edit to add: my review is still 5 stars. This has become my 2-3x a week morning stop now. The entire staff is so kind and knowledgeable. The empanadas are phenomenal, and my favorite is now the chorizo egg and cheese(with some tapatío of course)! I really can't recommend this place enough. The atmosphere is great. I always leave with delicious coffee and delicious food!

Previous post: I have visited this place twice now. The service is amazing! I had a vanilla and caramel latte yesterday, and vanilla and honey latte today. Both were phenomenal! I drink decaf and this is the first place I've been to in the area where the decaf doesn't taste bitter. I also tried the fig and cheese empanada, and ohhhhhhh my! Absolutely delicious!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend Punch Love!

as someone who has visited nearly every coffee shop in/around bham (even some that have sadly closed over the years), this is one of the best lattes i have found, if not *the* best. their prices also include gratuity, and i love seeing that a small business cares so much for their staff to ensure a livable wage, even if some customers may not welcome the style. but there is a very real no laptops on weekends rule, which i honestly thought was a joke, until i was told by staff to put my computer away. maybe they could do more to make it clear the rule is enforced *before* you order and pay? i appreciate the sentiment behind such a rule because i do think it is very important to slow down and take care of oneself, and the weekend is the time for that! it is a great reminder to be conscious of how you are spending your time. but i needed to get some work done on a saturday morning and the space just did not meet my needs. i suppose it is another way the business wants to choose their own direction, keep the customers who align, and do away with the ones who dont. you have to respect it. if punch love is your spot, youve found the best coffee and cutest shop youll get in the city. but if its not for you, they are OK with that. i hope i am able to come back sometime when i am less busy :-)

My sister and I stopped by, we’ve never even been in the area! The folks running the place were super friendly and answered our silly questions, and the drinks were so yummy^^

Amazing espresso! 100% recommend. Their frozen coffee wasn’t super tasty but I’d order it again. This is a more expensive shop but mostly worth it.
