This place use to be great before. I went there yesterday. 2 indian girls as cashier keep talking in their language. Laughing at customers orders. There was customer before me they were keep laughing at him and talking in their language. Worst service ever... with this two employees..

Food is decent but not as good as the Greensprings/Homewood location. There is always a long wait for food even when there isn't anyone there (particularly for the drive-thru as they always get you to pull around and then they walk the food out to you.

I’ve eaten at Purple Onion for years. I’ve lately thought it was too expensive but I still was willing to pay for it. After today… no more. The gyros were pathetic. They barely put anything in them and don’t even add lettuce anymore. They’re half the size they used to be and didn’t taste as good with the same hefty price. Even the fries were not the same. I don’t know how you make fries soggy and dry at the same time.
Last two times we visited the restaurant was empty and food took nearly an hour to cook. Hummus was the consistency of water and the chicken so over cooked it was like rubber. We have stopped going to the Hoover location.

I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but this is my second time having hair in my food after so many attempts to call there is no answer the health department needs to come out ridiculous. I freaking vomited all in this salad once I seen this .

I ordered 3 tacos and paid 13 dollars and apparently they gave me the leftover meat that they cooked the day before that was hard and burnt... only the cooks laughed, I don't recommend Hoover's Purple Onion...
