Higher prices but quality has gone down they played with my food 3TIMES in one order i PAID for an extra topping get my bag all tied up and i open it bc LEF ME CHECK MY food i tell them i ordered cheese on my turkey burger there’s no cheese she gives it back rewarded with 2 cold pieces of cheese on my now like warm turkey burger so i drive back around again and go inside for them to again just use the same bs and rewrap it this place is not good anymore save your money ppl just don’t have any customer service skills anymore i wish i could give them -100 stars thumbs down 0/10 do not recommend

I’ve been going to purple onions for 25 years, I love this place, I always try to visit when I’m in town, today was just…struggle bus. Only 2 people working, the cashier was so lost and confused. All I wanted was a side of hummus, $7.99 on the menu. For some reason this couldn’t be comprehended. I asked, nope, still ended up with a small cup of hummus, not a complete side with pita wedges. Please do better, don’t let me down next time.

I have frequented this establishment several times before and it has been satisfactory. However, this time was a drastic difference. I ordered a turkey wrap, which would normally have cheese and tomatoes. It looked like it was just slapped and rolled and pushed out. Not good at all. Very disappointed.

I got food Monday. Night spent fifty dollars on it, got home and the food was inedible. The chicken was so hard. You couldn't even take a bite of it The rice did not taste good and I have been getting the runaround from the 280 store for 3 days now. I have requested the manager to call me. And she has not take in the opportunity or bothered to contact me back. I will never eat there again. I want my money back or a credit to another store.

Some of the people here could use some customer service training but the food is good. I like the mint tea, ribeye wrap, the chicken saldad, and baba ganoush. They also have surprisingly good wings.

Ridiculous wait time. Place is nasty. Health department score is 85. Don't waste your time or the doordashers time! We make no money waiting for 30 mins on an order that pays 4 or 5 dollars!

Slowest restaurant I've ever been to. Employees have zero urgency. I have 2 door Dash orders. Kne I have the other js just sitting there for 15 mins as she rings up customers.

Some women hung up on me twice terrible service...don't go here...

I always get the sampler platter because it is all my favorite stuff and it is so much food that I have plenty to share or get 2 meals out of it.
