Paid 20 bucks for an extremely bland quesadilla, and played me on my rewards so I paid more. Might not be back...😒

One of the better fast casual Mexican options. It lived up to the hype to the long we made a point to go to this one a second time while we were in Birmingham

Store #3105 is phenomenal!

Sodhi and her team are pleasant, attentive, and eager to satisfy. The restaurant is clean, fresh ingredients are easily available upon request, and the customer service is top notch.

My family is always excited to swing by when time and parking allows. One of our favorite lunch spots downtown.

Exceptional customer service is back! And found here! The owner sat down with me to work out a catering issue I had (not their issue). Personally made it right! Highly recommend!

Love me some Q’Doba and was so glad to see they were back in the area. Now anytime I’m downtown, I try and stop by to support them. I don’t want them leaving the area again.

Qdoba delivers a solid fast-casual Mexican experience, especially for those who enjoy picking–and-choosing their flavors. One of its biggest selling points is customization: you can build your meal exactly how you like it, with options for burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, or salads. The fresh produce, grilled meats, and the fact that add-ons like three-cheese queso and handcrafted guacamole often come without extra charge really set it apart.

I paid around $8 for my order, but it was prepared incorrectly. When I asked the employee ( black lady) about it, she admitted it wasn’t mine and quickly added the chips I had ordered into the same bag, causing it to overflow. The order was handed to me carelessly, and it clearly showed a lack of attention to both the food and the customer. I’d like to bring this to your attention so steps can be taken to improve service quality.
