Wheelchair accessibility: How many years has it been since this location has had ice cream not weeks months but years can we get together and fix it the machine outside and we will fix it and put it back in you cannot afford a new one what is the deal you know but you don't care you look the other way you don't like a possible likely a 5. - 7%. Increase in sales?!

Everytime I come to this location it's a issue. Rather it's money issues or something pertaining to the food. At this point why is it still open. My visit tonight was just so disappointing. I went only because I wanted fries. There was no chicken bites so I ended up getting the #5. Well the Sprite, Dr.Pepper wasn't working. To top it off they didn't even use Rallys fries. I saw the manager actually poor great value( Walmart) fries into the grease to be cooked. Walmart sales Rally fries so why use another off brand. The meat looked reheated. Why I still accepted the food i have no idea myself. I basically gave my food to my dog. This was my last time at this location.

We love going to this Rally's when we're in the area, especially if Mr. Hard away is working. The food is always hot and fresh and he has a wonderful personality. He needs a raise and would love to have a store in the Leeds/Moody area.

I came to pick up an Uber eats order in the Drive-Thru. There were no cars behind me and they told me if I wanted to order food for myself I had to get out of the car and go up to the front window. That makes literally no sense whatsoever, and now I'm going to find somewhere take my money. Place looks like it's barely still open. The last thing you need is poor customer service like this.

Good flavor for food but had to come and HEAT our food up once we arrived home. The cheese wasn’t even melted. The lady at the window was kind but they should make sure the food is cooked together.

This was the worst rally’s checkers I’ve ever had in my life. Do not go here. You will be disappointed. Friends were soggy and old. Burger was cold. My chicken sandwich had no mayo just lettuce. Think I got sick after eating here. I miss the ones in Atlanta so much. They really know how to do it right.

The food was great ?. My nieces, from texas, enjoy every minute of eating their food. Their service was great. The employee also gave us some barbecue sauce. I think the only thing I did not like was the ice cream machine was down. And the location is in the hood, so be careful!!!

They haven't updated their hours on Google, so new hours are 12am per the drive thru lady, which is fine, but it was 11:53pm, the person in front of just ordered and they said their board was full of Doordash orders, when I am in their actual drive thru and even though it was before 12am, they didn't want to take my order. WORST SERVICE EVER!

I’m so only giving it one star because I can’t give zero. Ordered from door dash and the store gave our delivery person not even half our food with no explanation. After I called the person I talked to literally said “my bad” and said their fryer was down and to call doordash. Zero communication and just hoping we wouldn’t notice almost all of our food was missing I guess? Do not eat at this POS restaurant.
