Food was great but the service is horrible ! Everyone had on hair wraps which is unprofessional. And trust me they had the attitudes to match . The girl at the window couldn’t get our order right so she snatched the headset off and walked away and someone else had to take our order . To top it off , they gave us a burger that they had already sent out through another customer that was brought back because it was the wrong order . And didn’t bother to even hide the fact that that’s what was going on .

IT'S ABOUT TIME.!!!! Rallys eating establishments are closed. You had to have helicopter to go into the parking lot because,the parking lots had 18 wheeler truck size holes,and they were never,ever repaired. They were slow,rude,really,really nasty No!!!! Scratch that!!! All of the stores were filthy. I don't know how they lasted as long as they did. Happy trails to the filthy restaurant known as Rally's. You won't be missed.

Service sucks not to mention the food be cold. I DON'T like cold hamburgers at all. If the meat and bread were warm it would make a difference. Not to mention the paper thin meat they use now. I would NEVER send my food back in to be remade!!!! Just give me my money back...

This location use to be on point. Now the food and drive thru service has just gotten boring. The ? was always fresh, and juicy. The ? use to be, to die for. I make better Rally ? now @ my ?, when I buy a pack from Wally ?. The crew looked clean, & energetic. But now....I guess those days r longggg gone. ?
Rally's here off of 1st Avenue North was delicious. The food was served fast and was a fresh as possible. The window cashier named "Danielle" was also nice. The only problem with this Rally's is they have a Massive Pot Hole in their drive through and they have not made ANY attempts to fix or pave it out this year.

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here, otherwise, I'd be a happily satisfied customer! This place has no redeeming qualities whatsoever! The drive thru cashier was rude as heck. It was like I was disturbing HER when I haven't said a word. I haven't eaten at a Rally's in a long time so I asked just for a few seconds to look over the menu then asked for a #1 with no tomato, no onion, add bacon. I asked if I could get a chocolate shake instead of a soda. She said "Our milkshake machine down". I then asked for a cherry coke, she's said "We out of cherry coke, you can get regular coke". I'm just baffled at all of this... I asked for a Pibb which fortunately they do have. I get to the window and this guy takes my money and hands me my Pibb and a moment later I have my food. The bag is slightly greasy; not a good sign. I drive off because I have to be somewhere but I wanted to eat a few fries and when I pull out my cup, they didn't fill it up plus the fries were not crisp! Let me tell you something; YOU DON'T DISRESPECT THR FRIES!!! The fries are what makes a place like this even exist! I pull over to the side to check my burger and lo and behold, no friggin' bacon! I'm beyond besmirched! I tried to call the number on the receipt but it's a magic jack number... A freaking magic jack number. I paid for them to take stuff off and not add anything in. Why is this place in business? In fact, just throw the whole place away. Avoid this place at all cost!
