Ordered mac and cheese with my burger and sandwich- absolutely rancid. I threw up all my food. I called to let them know and the young women that answered the phone giggled at me when I told her the food was spoiled and caused me to get sick.

Really good food. To me, portions might be a tad bit on the larger side, but I suspect I share that opinion with nobody. Nevertheless l would love to have a location in Tuscaloosa. Really good

Delicious vegetatian options. Didn’t love the succotash but the beet, fig and goat cheese sandwich is perfection.

This is a fantastic restaurant. If you're looking for a quiet and quaint restaurant with artful food at fantastic prices, this is your place. The chicken salad and the succotash were my favorites. The meals are light, savory, and delicious.

I've never had a bad meal at Real and Rosemary. I love that I can get fresh healthier food for a good price. This is the only place I will gladly order vegetables! Happy that they've opened up at the summit to grab a bite to eat before running errands

I've eaten here several times. I met the owner Nate, and he shared with me how much they pride themselves on making everything from scratch! The beet salad, chicken chilli, fried green tomatoes, and flounder cakes are all delicious.

I couldn't find the Crestline location so had to post to this one. Theres no way the chicken i received wasn't microwaved, it was so dry. I tried to stomach it with the sauce but couldn't finish it due to the dryness. The sweet potato casserole was bland and tasted as if it were microwaved as well. Who ever is "cooking" the food is afraid of adding spices to the food. The ambiance is nice and, honestly, the only redeeming quality. But the food, not so much. Stop microwaving your meats and add flavor to your food. Sweet potato casserole shouldn't taste like a mouthful of bland mush. The pecans for the garnish were more flavorful than the casserole itself, this is a problem. Spices and herbs are your friend. You do not use a microwave to cook chicken and you don't have to overcook it until it looks and feels like leather. You also don't need to use frozen "premade" chicken. Take 1 chicken breast, add pepper, salt, paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of turmeric. Make sure that chicken is spiced up on both sides. Place it in a preheated pan for about 5-6 minutes until there's a nice little crust forming on the pan side of the chicken. Then flip and put it in the preheated oven at 400F for about 13-15 mins depending on the thickness of the chicken. Get it out and let it rest for a minute, or don't; either way it'll be better than the chicken we received the other night. Heck if you want grill marks just heat up a masher or a small grate and sear it a second or two.

So I ordered sweet potatoe fries as an app which was the tastiest thing we ordered. For main course, we had the rubbed chicken which was very dry and honestly didnt have much taste to it. I told my husband when your chicken is dry, you serve it with sauce which is what they did; the corn polenta was delicious. I’m not sure how I felt about the succotash- it was creamy and not what I was expecting but not terrible. We also order white chicken chilli. I was disappointed that it was mostly broth, very thin and no texture to it. I would recommend adding puréed beans along with more of the whole beans they had to it to give it more consistency and shredded chicken instead of large 1.5 inch pieces of chicken- these may just be preferences. As far as the taste of the soup, it was lacking of any taste; perfect for people who don’t like a lot of seasoning but just broth. The tortilla chips were stale so we didn’t eat them. The staff was nice but never followed up whether the dishes were fine but they also aren’t servers so I understand why they wouldn’t.I ordered dishes the girl who works there recommended which made this even more disappointing if this was their best shot. Also note, I cook a lot and I am hard to please and I love my seasonings and spice.

food was good. we asked for 2 drinks but my friend who paid specifically said water. I got tea and the girl that checked us out came outside to where we were sitting and scolded us saying we paid for water not tea. and that we needed to come back in and pay for the tea. We paid but also $3 for the tiny cups that the provide! Customer service gets a zero. there was better ways to handle that. I won't be back.

Great food and wonderful atmosphere. I really enjoyed my visit. We were planning to go to one of the other restaurants in the shopping plaza but the line was too long. We found Real and Rosemary and decided to try it, we were not disappointed. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
