Manager was rude. I booked on open table and she did not want to accept it. I noticed her accepting some reservations from open table and then she decided to give me a table. By the way this was Valentine Day at 6pm

My wife and I went on the 27th for dinner, we had a wonderful time and ate some excellent seafood. Our server Jess the mess was the best part of our dining experience, so if you are in the mood for seafood, be sure and ask for Jess, and she will make sure everything is perfect!!!!
I ordered the surf and turf from the menu but it didn’t look like the menu when it arrived. The food was expensive and the service was sporadic at best. I probably won’t go back.

🎶 Happy Birthday To Me 🎶 A great start to my day is lunch at my favorite restaurant Red Lobster 🦞..This place is well kept and cozy..but the booths could use more space between the chair and table..It's wasn't a busy lunch hour and about 3 servers who had to be hostess as well..I feel bad because my server said her name 2 times and I still forgot it but I know it starts with M lol..everything accurate and delicious..I decided to go with the crab dip and the Admiral's Feast with mashed potatoes and bacon Mac & cheese..now when I see bacon I just assume it's because there is no flavor in the dish because bacon is a dominant flavor but the macaroni's cheese had plenty of flavor the bacon was like garnish..one thing catches my attention eating out is when servers give undivided attention to party/group tables..they should give each table the same because not all group tables tip well but I do 😉 💰...I recommend this location and will return 😁
So, i took my son for first time ever. They only had like 3 servers on the floor and I think it was a Saturday night? Anyway, the waitress we had was really sweet and she was doing such a great job. MY son LOVES the cheddar biscuits. Unfortunately, I was exhausted and had to ask if they could make our food to go. It was not a single thi g they did or any delay on the kitchen. I was just tired. Our server hooked it up and absolutely made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal at home. The hostess was the sweetest lady. The manager on duty seemed to have really had a good team to work with and he kept a flow going. They handled being understaffed like champions. I was really pleased with the whole experience.
