Trey has served us more than a handful of full of times he is professional, polite and serves us with dignity and smile. This location has made some unfavorable changes. I usually order fish and chips and it now comes with coleslaw, which is not a favorite of mine. I asked if it could be subbed for another item and was told no. I had no problem with there being an upcharge. I just didn't want it. I've never known any restaurant to not allow a sub on a side, even if it was a little more. Either way, my visits will now be even fewer since management won't allow something as small as...

My girlfriend and I go to Red Lobster periodically as a sentimental place to eat for personal reasons. Our service is frequently great and the food fantastic, but my last visit was exceptional. Tre was knowledgeable, friendly, and added immeasurably to our dining experience. In an era where so many servers and bartenders can't be bothered to care, he was over and above even the exceptional service I've come to expect from Red Lobster.
